نیما جان یک وکیلی را پیدا کرده ام که ادعا می کند در ازای مبلغی می تواند برای من ویزای کار بگیرد. آیا این امکان وجود دارد که او مبلغی به شرکتی بدهد تا ویزای کار برای من صادر کند؟ بعد اصلا امکان این وجود دارد تا با آن ویزا در شرکت دیگری کار کنم یا تنها این ویزا برای کار آن شرکت صادر شده است؟
من از جزییات مسائل ویزای کار خبر ندارم ولی بطور کلی به این وکلا هم اعتماد ندارم. تا آنجا که می دانم سیستم مالی و اداری سنگاپور جز سالمترین کشورها در دنیاست لذا باید قوانین لازم جهت سوء استفاده افراد را داشته باشدچون اگر چنین بود این آسیا جنوب شرقی ها مثل مور ملخ می ریختند آنجا و آنها این روشها را بهتر از ما بلد هستند.برای تغییر محل کار بدون نیاز به کسب اجازه کار جدید شما باید شرایط خاصی داشته باشید که حداقل شامل حال شما نمی شود.شما باید برای PEP اقدام کنید که در ذیل شرایط آن را آورده ام و برای اطلاع بیشتر به سایت زیر مراجعه کنید.http://www.mom.gov.sg/foreign-manpow...efault.aspx#fp

Employment Pass
The Employment Pass allows foreign professionals to work in Singapore. It applies to foreigners who earn a fixed monthly salary of at least $3,000, and have acceptable qualifications. Employers must make applications for Employment Passes on behalf of a job candidate.
Any change of employer will require a new application.

Personalised Employment Pass (PEP)
The Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) is for certain group of existing Employment Pass holders and overseas foreign professionals. Unlike an Employment Pass, which must be cancelled when the pass holder leaves the employer, the PEP is not tied to the employer and is granted on the strength of the applicant’s merit. A PEP holder can remain in Singapore for up to six months between jobs to evaluate new employment opportunities.

Personalised Employment Pass - Before you apply Eligibility Foreigners who wish to work in Singapore may be eligible for the Personalised Employment Pass if they are:
- Overseas foreign professional whose last drawn fixed monthly salary overseas was at least $8,000
The last drawn fixed monthly salary overseas should be no more than six months from the time of the application.
- Former P1 Pass holders who are residing overseas
Former P1 Pass holders should not be unemployed for longer than a continuous period of six months at the point of application.
- P1 Pass holders
- P2 Pass holders
P2 Pass holders that have worked on a P2 pass in Singapore for at least two years. They should have earned a fixed salary of at least $34,000 in the preceding year.
- Q1 Pass holders
Q1 Pass holders that have worked on a Q1 pass in Singapore for at least five years. They should have earned a fixed salary of at least $34,000 in the preceding year.
- Foreign graduates from institutions of higher learning in Singapore
Foreign graduates from institutions of higher learning in Singapore with at least two years' working experience on a P or Q1 Pass. They should earn a fixed salary of at least $34,000 in the preceding year.
