تهران هم که وضعیتش مشخصه
بهترین حالت نوشتم نامه با امضا زیاد به حالت شکایت هستش
اين نامه اي بوده که من نوشتم. فکر کنم به همه موارد هم اشاره کردم.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your
office in Tehran.
Last year, I purchased a ticket from Tehran to Montreal from Qatar
Airways office in Iran thanks to your reputation and services in
comparison to other airlines, and paid total cost of 1300 USD in cash
with exchange rate of 12260 RLS, completely.
Due to my immigration issues, I tend to change the date of my flight
but, unfortunately, your office in Tehran has declared that I had to
cancel my ticket and purchase another one with new exchange rate of
35000 RLS!!
Referring to the rules of my flight class (Semi-Flexible) which has
been mentioned in my E-ticket, as well, I can change the date of my
flight free of charge for the first time.
“ENDORSEMENTS : B-CHARGE USD 50.00 FOR NO-SHOW & REFUND-ONE CHANGE
FREE OF COST.SUBSEQUENT USD 30.00-“
I wonder to know why I should pay additional costs in order to change
my ticket date according to the declaration of your Tehran office.
Isn’t it against your international rules?
Please be noticed that other airlines like Lufthansa and Turkish have
accepted not to impose additional costs for changing dates of flights
because of changing exchange rate.
I expect you to consult this matter with your Tehran office and ask
them not to charge us additional costs for changing dates. Otherwise,
we may take further actions which will be harmful and cause negative
effects for your reputation as International Airline Company in Iran
and other countries.
Please make a decision by yourself as a main office. This is beyond
the responsibility of your Tehran office.
Taking proper action will encourage me to buy my family tickets from
your Airline, in the future, again.

ممنون ولی در نامه ای که میخوایم بفرستیم باید تاکید رو customer satisfaction باشه واینکه برای یه ایرلاین به قول خودشون 5 ستاره این نوع برخورد با مشتری زشته. در کنارش تعداد ما کم نیست و در آینده نه تنها خودم در مسیر ایران کانادا از این ایرلاین استفاده نخواهیم کرد، بلکه به دوستان و آشنایان هم توصیه میکنیم از این ایرلاین استفاده نکنن.
در نهایت من آماده م به صورت نماید بلیط خودم رو جلوی شرکتشون آتیش بزنم و فیلمش رو تو یوتیوب منتشر کنیم.

Dear Sir
I am writing to complain about being overcharged by your agent in
Tehran,Iran for postponing my ticket.
I purchased a ticket to Canada numbered .................. On the......
. At that time the exchange rate was 12260 IRR.
Therefore I paid 15730000 IRR to the agency to issue my ticket. In
other words, I paid the WHOLE price for my ticket to the agency.
Hence, regardless of what the exchange rate is currently, I paid
completely. And according to the conditions on the date of my
purchase, I do not have to pay anything for the first postpone,
provided that there is no change in the price of the ticket. And in my
case, as other airways such as Lufthansa and Turkish and etc. do, I am
not supposed to pay anything for the increase in the Iranian currency
and the exchange rate.
However, the Iranian Office has asked me to pay something in the
region of 27000000 IRR which in addition to the money I had already
paid would be the price of the ticket today. And due to the fact that
i had already paid the price of the ticket I do not have to pay for it
again.
I should be grateful if you could reply at your earliest convenience.
