You can expect to wait for a long time when calling the Information Service at Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI). This is due to a large number of calls and applications. We apologise for the inconvenience. If you send e-mail toots@udi.no, we will reply within five working days.
By calling our telephone services, Information Service (OTS), y ou will receive information about application procedures, expected case processing times and the status of your application.
You can also send an e-mail to OTS if you have any questions about your case, or want information about the different types of application.
In order for you to get an answer about your own application, you must state your DUF-number/reference number (or date of birth and personal number).
