البته سامان جان جواب شما رو دادن که اشاره به یک رویداد محتمل می کنه، و شما خودتون تا حدی متوجه شدین که ربطی به جملات شرطی if clause داره، ولی از اونجایی که سوال شما در مورد "ماجرای ساختار" این جمله هست، فکر کنم کمی توضیح لازم باشه:
این جمله در حقیقت شرطی نوع اول هست:

شرطی نوع اول در 7 حالت به کار میره، که یکی از اونها زمانیه که "انجام شرط ضعیف به نظر میرسه" اونوقت می تونیم در خود شرط از کمکی should استفاده کنیم.
اینطور معنی میشه: اگه اون فرد احتمالا ترس از ارتفاع رو نشون بده، این نوع ترس بررسی میشه.
اینجا should معنی "بهتر بودن" یا "باید" حالت مودالش رو نمیده.
در این نوع شرطی ما می تونیم inversion داشته باشیم (در شرطی های دیگه هم داریم البته ولی با ساختار خودشون) و این inversion به این صورته که ما if رو حذف میکنیم و جای should و a person رو جابجا میکنیم. این قانونو بهش میگن inversion.

اینجا دیگه should حالت سوالی نداره بلکه بخشی از ساختار حذف شده if clause بوده.

این در مورد بخش اول سوالت.


سوال دومت در مورد این بود که چرا در قسمت main clause ما will نیاریم. توجه داشته باش که ما مجازیم در حالت های مختلف از حال ساده یا حتی حالت امری (صورت ساده فعل) یا انواع مودال ها در قسمت main clause استفاده کنیم.
این حالتی که تو در نظر گرفتی واسه شرطی نوع اول: حال ساده در if clause و آینده ساده در main clause ابتدایی ترین حالت شرطی نوع اوله.

در ضمن ترس از بلندی که تو این جمله گفته میشه acrophobia گفتم شاید به دردت بخوره

Meanwhile, the meaning of terms has been remained unchanged.

دوست عزیز یکی دیگه از دوستان زحمت کشیدند و جواب پرسش شما رو دادن اما چون پیش از پاسخ ایشون پیام داده بودید که جواب بدم، فقط به نکته ای اشاره می کنم که قبلا در پاسخ یکی از دوستان (فکر می کنم خود شما) نوشته بودم: نیازی به تشکر و تعارف های اغراق آمیز نیست، یه Thank you یا نهایتا Thank you very much یا so much کافیه و گفتن این که انتظار نداشتم نامه ای که نوشتید این قدر خوب باشه قطعا نه تنها لزومی نداره و بی معنیه حتی ممکنه به نوعی بی احترامی هم محسوب بشه. شما حتی اگه به استاد ایرانی هم این جمله رو بگید بهتر قبلش توضیح بدین که به دلیل تجربه بدی که از بعضی استادا داشتم، انتظار نداشتم ... حالا شما به یه استاد خارجی که اصلا تو این فضا نیست میگید انتظار نداشتم کارتو درست انجام بدی!!

اصولا این چه نوع گرامری هست؟
به نظر من می بایست to have been burgeoned باشه.یعنی مجهول استفاده بشه.

نکته اول اینکه کاملا با صحبتی که tuxic کرده موافق هستم. تعارف های ایرانی نه تنها سودی نداره بلکه میتونه موجب سوء تفاهم هم بشه. پس پیشنهاد میکنم اون قسمت نداشتم ... را کامل حذف کنید.

I really appreciate you providing me with the letter. Since there are special issues associated with Iranian visa applications, I have noticed few words in your letter in which the embassy is sensitive about (in example X, Y and Z).I am wondering if you could replace the third paragraph of the letter with the
following one. I have tried to retain the conveyed message in the third paragraph, although I have replaced those "sensitive" words with "nonsensitive" words.

I am changing the previous suggested phrase because:
don't use "a few" if you are replacing more than two words.
You adviser may not be that familiar with the embassy and gets confused by the word "objection" that might be raised by few words!! Simply tell him/her there are sensitive words that they reject visa applicants if they are related to those terms.

It's perfect infinitive with to (to have done). It emerges after verbs such as seem, appear, look, claim, expect, hate, hope, like, love, prefer, pretend, and so on. There are several structures that you should regard before using:

* Referring to an event that might have happened in the past:
e.g: She seemed to have understood the points, however, she asked the teacher to explain again. (or She seemed that had understood the points, however, …)
e.g: She seems to have understood the points, however, she is going to ask the teacher to explain again. (or She seems that has understood the points, however, …)

* Referring to an action that will be completed at a specific time in the future:
e.g: I hope to have finished my homework by 3 o'clock. (or I hope that I will have finished my HW by 3 o'clock)

* Using in a non-finite clause without subject (a clause with a verb that has no subject). It just refers to events which did or did not happen in the past:
e.g. To have scored, 110 in TOEFL was a great achievement. (The person did score 110 in TOEFL)
e.g: To have scored, 110 in TOEFL would have been a great achievement. (The person did not score 110 in TOEFL)
