چیست:
Just advising we have received your application for a PhD Scholarship –

1. is corrected فعل passive هست از corrects یا correct (یعنی زمان simple present)، این مثلا فردی بگه: I correct the graphical abstract و بعد جمله passive بشه.

حالا به نظر شما کدوم درسته با توجه به معنای مورد نظر شما:
I have corrected the graphical abstract
یا
I correct the graphical abstract؟
اولی یعنی من این کار را انجام دادم و نتیجه اش الان حاضره.
دومی یعنی من همیشه کارم همینه (مثلا در شرکتی کار می کنم و کار من اینه)

خب خودتون تصدیق می فرمایید که منظور شما اولیه، پس present perfect باید استفاده بشه که passive اون با been همراهه: The graphical abstract has been corrected

(به یک کتاب گرامر در مورد موارد کاربرد tense های مختلف رجوع کنید: مثلا کتابی مثل Grammar for IELTS Cambridge

2. طبق توضیحات دیکشنری Merriam Webster یکی از معانی advise اینه: to give information or notice to :inform<advise them of their rights

میشه گفت یعنی: صرفا جهت اطلاع!

I had many problems about grammer in writing, would u please answer two of them that are presented here under:

1. این جمله به نظرتون درسته از لحاظ گرامر و پانکچویشن:

In the second place, inasmuch as we cannot survive without money and also, time is gold, both time and money are very important in our life, so we should find ways to save them

2- How should we use then in our sentences? Which of these structures is better?
I will study medicine for 5 years; then, I will be a doctor
I will study medicine for 5 years. Then, I will be a doctor
I will study medicine for 5 years; then I will be a doctor

I wonder if using semicolon or comma or both depends on the sentence in which we are using them or we can use one structure for all sentences

1- You're right with this mind set...

2- The first two options are considerably common in use. But the strange thing is that even the 3rd one is supposed to be true in a grammatical view point, as with due attention to the modern grammar, one could assert that the colon and the semicolon should be omitted where ever they do not sound necessary... Therefore, as I would be personally gratified with one of two first options, you could use either of them.
The important thing is insisting on utilization of the structure, had which been used firstly, within the rest of the text. You better not to switch among them.

تغییرتون چیز خاصی به جمله اضافه نکرده... فقط سعی کردید با اون کلمه well خیلی چاپلوسانه از زیر اینکه تغییر مد نظر reviewer رو اعمال نکردید، در برید...
این کار لازم نیست چون تغییر بهتر رو اعمال می کنید...

با احترام به نظر بقیه دوستان،

من فکر می کنم جمله اول بهتر باشه یا در وافع دو معنی متفاوت داریم

جمله اول میگه: غالبا فلان چیز مورد توجه قرار نمیگیره. (دقت کنید که not قبل از taken و بعد از most often اومده)

جمله دوم میگه: (اگه بتونم خوب ترجمه کنم) فلان چیز نه اغلب مورد توجه قرار می گیره.
حالا ممکنه هر از گاهی مورد توجه قرار بگیره.

تفاوتشون در محل منفی کردن جمله است. مثال فارسیش را میگم: تفاوت این دو جمله چیه؟ (فرض کنید معمولا یعنی 80% اوقات)

- من معمولا به سلف دانشگاه نمیرم. (یعنی 80% اوقات نمیرم، فوقش 20 درصد اوقات میرم)
- من نه معمولا به سلف دانشگاه میرم. (یعنی من نه 80% اوقات به سلف دانشگاه میرم. حالا شاید مثلا 50 درصد اوقات برم یا شاید 30 درصد یا 70 درصد، این مشخص نیست. حد بالای رفتن مشخص شده، اما حد پایینش معلوم نیست )
