راهنمایی در مورد محتوای ایمیل ارسالی به اساتید

سلام دوستان
من سال ۸۵ از مقطع فوق لیسانس فارق اتحصیل شدم و بعد از گذشت این مدت تا حالا رزومه نسبتا خوبی رو جمع کردم البته یک مقاله ISI هم دارم که خودم ازش خیلی راضی نیستم. حالا میخواهم برای دانشگاه های کانادا اقدام کنم و برای استاداشون ایمیل بزنم یک نامه نوشتم که خوشحال می شم در مورد بهتر کردنش به من نظر بدین:

Hereby, I'd like to inform you that I am a holder of Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Iran Azad University; Tehran Science & Research branch with the GPA of 17.05 out of 20.

At the time being, I am teaching in university as an invited member and working in a private company as an IT and R&D supervisor. I have an ISI journal paper, and also, passed some courses like: LPIC1, LPIC2, CCNA, CWNA, VMWare, MASC (MOXA Application & Solution Certification) and some of Microsoft courses, and as well, I've designed a web-based SCADA on Embedded Linux systems (which is on ARM9 Embedded systems) for industrial systems, which supports Modbus protocol as their communication protocol.

I am really interested to continue my PhD in ............. which is among your research fields. I will be very grateful if you could accept me as your PhD student in the pertinent research field.

رو هم الان دیدم! اون هم اشتباهه. بگید:

ایمیل هاتون طولانی نیست؟ حالشو ندارن این همه بخونن ها. روی رزومه تون سرمایه گذاری کنید. فرمتش و کلا حرفه ای بودنش! ولی زیاد داستان طولانی تو ایمیل ننویسید. همین مثلا بنویسید روی فلان موضوع کار کردید و publication دارید. یا بگید موضوعات مورد علاقه تون به موضوع کار استاد مربوطه نزدیکه یا شبیهه. دیگه خودشون می رن تو رزومه تون چند و چونش را می بینن. کلا قصه نگید. نمی خونن.
