راهنمایی در مورد محتوای ایمیل ارسالی به اساتید

امیدوارم استاده آدم زبون نفهمی نباشه یه استادی می خواست کارای اپلای من رو خودش انجام بده...روز 27 اسفند گفت تا 8 روز دیگه ترجمه مدارکت باید به دستم برسه...هرچی گفتم بابا عید نوروزه...همه جا تعطیله...تو کلش نرفت که نرفت

این بعید می دونم بخواد کارای ابلایم بکنه بیشتر می خواد ببینه چه واحدایو باس کردم از طرفی تا ددلاین ها خیلی مونده! خدا رحم کنه!

You appear to be well qualified from what you have sent, but funding will also be dependent on your TOEFL and GRE scores.

نگفته نه که!!اتفاقا گفته we offer numerous opportunities to earn support ولی گفته فاند به GRE و TOEFL بستگی داره...فک کنم نه تافل داری نه جی آر ای...باهاش در مورد برنامه ها دیسکاس کن همینطور در مورد ساپورت مالی که می تونن بهت بدن و بعد اپلای کن.بهش هم بگو که اپلای کردم تا پیگیر کارای پذیرشت بشه..به نظر تمپلت میاد اما جواب خوبیه

جواب تمپلته و کمکی به اپلایتون نمیکنه!

چون من هنوز ریز نمراتمو نگرفتم( به خاطر این که نمراتم تایید نشده بودن) واین کار یه مدتی طول می کشه بهش بگم فرستادن ریز نمراتم زمان بره؟( به خاطر اجلاس سران و تعطیلی دانشگاه شاید یه ماه هم طول بکشه)
ودلیشم براش ذکر کنم؟

اگه امکان گرفتن و اسکن کردن ریز نمرات رو نداری تو یه فایل اکسل خودت ریزنمراتت رو بنویس و براش توضیح بده چون تهران تعطیله فعلا نمیتونم اصلیشو بفرستم. استاد میخواد سطح علمیتو ارزیابی کنه و دنبال ریزنمرات افیشیال برای اپلایت نیست.

خوب من همین کارو کردم و بهش میل زدم که دانشگاه اینجوری می گه حالا این حرفی که تو زدی یعنی چی؟
بعد بهم این جوابو داد که :
When you complete your application (transcripts, GRE/TOEFL scores, recommendation letters, personal statement, application fee), it will be circulated among the faculty. If one or more of the faculty expresses an interest in being your advisor, you will receive an offer of admission. Your CV looks interesting. If you would like me to evaluate your chances, you can send me unofficial transcripts and test scores. I hope this makes the process more clear.
حالا من می خوام همون لیست نمرات غیر رسمیم را بفرستم براش فقط مشکلم اینه که به دو سه روزی طول می کشه حالا هیچی بهش نگم بعدا بفرستم یا اینکه بهش میل بزنم بگم یه مقدار طول می کشه؟؟ فکر نمیکنم حالا خیلی حیاتی باشه که همین الان براش بفرستم نه؟

من یک ایمیل از یک استاد استرالیایی دریافت کردم ولی چون حواسم نبود که استرالیا تو نیم کره جنوبیه و september میشه بهار نه زمستون

نه 2-3 روزه ديگه براش بفرست و عذرخواهي كن كه آماده كردنش طول كشيد. ضمنا استاد با حاليه . جديش بگير و كمي از خودت شور و شوق نشون بده كه بدونه دوست داري باهاش كار كني. من از جوابش خوشم اومد و اينكه داره همكاري ميكنه كه هزينه نكنيخودش خيلي مثبته. اميدوارم مداركو كه ديد نظر مثبتشو اعلام كنه و موفق باشي. شادزي

سلام دوستان
من يك ايميل رو تا حالا به سي چهل تا استاد فرستادم فقط دو سه تاشون جواب دادن و اونا هم گفتن بايد اول اپلاي كني. با توجه به اينكه رزومم بد نيست و دانشگاه هايي كه ميل زدم هم اكثرا رنك بالايي ندارن گفتم شايد يه اشكالي تو ميلم هست كه هيچكي جواب نميده ممنون ميشم اگه يه نظري بدين.

سلام دوستان
من برای مقطع master در رشته computer science در آمریکا قصد اپلای دارم.چند سوال داشتم که ممنون میشم راهنماییم کنید:
برای ایمیل به اساتید حتما باید paper داشت یا اینکه همینکه از research interset و مهارت هایی که دارم و پروژه هایی که انجام دادم، و کارهایی که در آینده علاقه مندم انجام بدم کافیه؟
معمولا ایمیل به اساتید رو باید قبل از apply انجام داد یا بعد؟(من ترجیح میدم ایمیل رو در زمان اپلای یا بعدش بزنم تا زمان کافی برای قوی تر کردن رزومم داشته باشم ولی میترسم دیر باشه)
با توجه به اینکه من برای مستر میخوام اپلای کنم، اگر اصلا ایمیل نزنم و فقط به روال عادی اپلای کنم، آیا شانس پذیرشم کم میشه؟(در واقع میخوام بدونم چه قدر این ایمیل زدن مهمه و اگه رزومه قوی ندارم ایمیل بزنم بهتره یا اینکه اصلا نزنم؟)

راستش من هم تازه شروع کردم ولی چند جا که خوندم در مورد ایمیل زدن نوشته بودند که سعی کنید ایمیل هایی که می دید جنرال نباشه و مخصوص همین استادی که دارید بهش میل می زنید باشه! یعنی نشه همین ایمیل را برای 10 تا استاد دیگه هم فرستاد. به نظر من بهتره بیشتر در مورد کارهایی که استاده کرده و علاقه خودتون به کار های استاد صحبت کنید. این ها نمونه ایمیل هایی است که من خودم می فرستم و الان برای 6 تا استاد فرستادم و از 4 تاشون جواب گرفتم:
