سلام دوستان من کلن به هر استادی ایمیل میزنم جواب نمیدن...حالا میخام دوباره ایمیل و بهشون بزنم متن ایمیل که میفرستادم این بود همین و دوباره بهشون بفرستم کافیه...ممنون که جواب میدین...

دوست عزیز، متن زیر صرفا نظر بنده هست و سلیقه ای!!

جمله اول به نظرم اضافیه. دلیلی نداره بگی از کجایی و رشتت چیه. احتمالا به همرشته ایت ایمیل زدی دیگه!!
جمله بعدش هم یخورده تکراریه. بهتره اولشو با کارای خودت شروع کنی. مثلا سریع و خلاصه بگی که اینترستام اینه:

• اینترست اول
• اینترست دوم

کارام اینه:

• ریسرچ اول
• ریسرچ دوم

بقیش هم توی ایمیل اتچ شده
بعد بگی که خیلی به موضوع فلان که شما روش کار می کنید علاقه دارم و خیلی مشتاقم که توی سال تحصیلی جدید، دانشجو شما باشم.

In general it is good but make it more specific

am a holder of.....in ......engineering from Iran.[Put your university's name instead of country! Is that make sense to tell anyone you got a PhD degree from US? as it has more than 3000 universities and colleges? Don't worry if you are not graduated form Sharif or Tehran universities, most professors dont know more than 100 university names, so take it easy]

I have read some of your articles which seem quite interesting, especially your paper,”…..” [where you talked about XXXX to deal with YYYY in the process of solving ZZZZ, which is close to my master thesis entitled "TTTT" and so on! ] [it sows you read that paper and you understand it, and you use that to connect his/her work to your work, not just jumping from one subject to the other]

and Since I am interested in the field in which you have priceless experience, I can make the most of your experience.[ it is good to show you are interested in this area, but you are looking for donation, so you should prove you are a good candidate for him/her]

[this is good that you have a paper ready for submittion, and if it has anything in common with this professor's interest that it is better to have write one or two sentences about your innovation in that paper, that would be helpful]
I will be grateful if you let me know whether you can accept me as a new graduate student. [Do you accept a student based on single email? If not, it is better to ask him/her about possible opening position for new grad student! it shows you are mutur and understand the professor has this right to make decision later]

یکی از روش های حفظ موثر ارتباط، تلاش برای ترغیب استاد برای شروع یک کار تحقیقاتی مشترک هست... البته اگر background خوبی نداشته باشید احتمال رد کردن یا توصیه به تکمیل مطالعات وجود داره ولی به نظر من در پاسخ ازش بخواید تا نظرش رو در مورد کار مشترک در زمینه X بگه... می تونید کمی هم در مورد ایده های مدنظرتون شرحی ارائه بدید...

برداشت اساتید از چنین ایمیلی ممکن هست این باشه که applicant قصد داره از داستان هموطن بودن استفاده کنه و به نوعی خودش رو از این بابت در مقابل بقیه رقبا متمایز کنه...
بعید هست از این کار استقبال بشه...
توصیه من همون کار معیار و استفاده از زبان انگلیسی هست...

سلام دوستان، من از University of Kentucky پذیرش دکترا شیمی با فاند گرفتم. من علاقه زیادی به رشته شیمی دارویی دارم و دپارتمان pharmacy این دانشگاه هم توی usnews رنک 5 رو داره. راستش یکی از دانشجو های این دانشگاه به من گفت که امکانش هست که دانشجوی شیمی پروژه دکترا رو توی دپارتمان pharmacy برداره ولی زیاد مطمین نبود. من به دپارتمان pharmacy ایمیل دادم, گفتن که پیش اومده همچین موردی که از دپارتمان دیگه بیان اونجا پروژه بردارن و به من گفت برای اطمینان از graduate office بپرس. حالا سوالم اینه: رییس graduate office همون کسی هست که باهام اینتر ویو کرد و ادمیشن داد، حالا به نظرتون درسته که ایمیل بدم و درباره امکان این کار ازش سوال کنم؟

Actually it is not clear to me why you are looking for an answer for this question at this time. If this answer may change your mind to go to that university or not, and you have a better option that matches with your interests go through that, otherwise wait and see.
As someone did that before, it means it is possible, and I think you cannot get a good answer at this point, because it strongly depends on how you can negotiate with professors in that department to get a project from them.
In this case, your degree will be issued form Chemistry department and not Pharmacy as you are a student in chemistry, but you can have a supervisor in Pharmacy department as well if your supervisor in your department is happy with that.

People are different so what I am saying here may not be valid for your professor, but in general professors dont accept to add their name when they didn't have any contributions in the paper or they are aware of what is going on in the paper.
If this professor helped you for developing our ides, modifying your paper or something else that worth to add his/her name, you can send him the final version of the paper, and ask for his/her feedback plus adding his/her name.

For starting a new research, it is better to have a tentative subject and some background on that, and then talk to a professor about it to finalize it.

سلام دوستان من میخام برای ارشد تغییر رشته بدم کارایی که تا حالا کردم imaging بوده و برای ارشد نانو میخام اقدام کنم یه استاد پیدا کردم واحتمال اینکه منو بگیره زیاده و فقط من میخام بهش ثابت شه علاقه دارم به کاری که میکنه..به همین خاطر مقاله هاشو نگاه کردم و یکیشو به دقت و بر حسب علاقه خوندم..یه توضیح کوچولو از مقاله ای که خوندم تو ایمیل اول آوردم به نظرتون همین اندازه خوبه؟من دوتا مقاله در حوزه image دارم چون استاده اصن زمینه ای در موردimageنداره لازمه توضیح مختصر برا اونا هم بیارم یا فقط اسمشونو تو ایمیل بیارم کافیه؟اگه متن اشکال گرامری داره بگین..ممنون..
