راهنمایی در مورد محتوای ایمیل ارسالی به اساتید

سلام دوستان عزیز
میشه من رو هم راهنمایی کنید لطفا؟؟؟
من یه شانس خوب دارم که نمیخوام با ایمیل بد خرابش کنم. یه استادی باهام قرار مصاحبه گذاشت و از من خوشش اومد ولی گفت اگه فاند میخوای واسه سال دیگه دیفر کن و یه بار دیگه جی آر ای بده که حتما فاندت اکی شه ولی من میخوام ارتباطش باهام قطع نشه و از الان باهاش کار کنم. به تازگی رو صفحش یه ریسرچی گذاشته که دقیقا موضوع پایان ناممه و من کاملا میتونم باهاش همکاری کنم. حالا نمیدونم قبول میکنه یا نه اصلا نمیدونم چطوری شروع کنم؟ لطفا اگه میتونین یه جملاتی بهم پیشنهاد کنین. خیلی مرسی

بنده می خوام از ابتدای آگوست شروع کنم به ایمیل زدن به اساتید، به نظرتون این متن چطوره ؟ طولانی نیست؟ می خواستم تمام موارد مهم پوشش داده بشه.

I have graduated at M.Sc. degree of Chemical Engineering (Separation Process) from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran (the best university in Iran for engineering students) with overall GPA 18.03/20 (Ranked 1^st among 25 students and ranked 3^rd among more than 100 students in the department).

My research interests revolve around the polymeric membrane synthesis and modification for wastewater treatment, gas separation, etc. During my M.Sc. thesis I have designed and made membrane bioreactor (MBR), have prepared and modified PVDF/CA membrane by: 1.Adding nanoparticle and 2.Changing in coagulant bath medium. My first ISI paper has been published in Journal of Membrane Science (Accepted November 2014) and the second one has been submitted to this journal (Submitted July 2015). I have one International Conference paper in Membrane Filed.

I have seen some of your publications and I am really interested in your research fields especially "Membrane Technology and Wastewater Treatment". I found your work in a great harmony with my studies and research. I am sure I will be able fulfill your expectations if I work under your supervision. I am enclosing a copy of my Curriculum Vitae, which describes my educational qualification and work background for your kind perusal. Being involved in your group would be a great opportunity for me.

Since I am planning to continue my studies as a Ph.D. student in fall 2016, I would be grateful to know if you have any opening in your group.

رفیق من نظر شخصیم رو میدم،

متن ایمیلتون به طور خاص موردی نداره
اول اینکه خیلی از دوستان بالای 800 تا ایمیل میزنن و بعد جواب میگیرن!! من خودم رقم 670 رو در طی دو سال برای یکی از دوستانم به چشم دیدم و تایید میکنم
دوم اینکه کلا پروسه اپلای پروسه ایه که صبر میخواد البته میدونم که خودتون هم اینو میدونین
سوم اینکه ممکنه زمان ایمیل زدنتون درست نباشه. بعضی ها در تعطبلات هستند و بعضی ها هم الان پوزیشن خالی نداشته باشن
چهارم اینکه به نظرم ته ایمیلتون لینک مربوط به Google Scholar تون رو هم بذارید

پنج اینکه کلا ایمیلتون حس یه تمپلیت رو میده. منظورم اینه شاید بشه واسه هر استادی اسپسفیک ترش کرد. مثلا اگه خیلی زمینه کاریشون به شما نزدیکه یه نکته خاصی و یا نظری راجع به مقاله هاشون رو توی ایمیلتون بگنجونید

ششم اینکه نوشتن پروپوزال و اتچ کردنش به ایمیل هم میتونه مثبت باشه و هم منفی. مثبت ازین جهت که نشون میده شما علاقه مند و مصمم هستین و حتی پروپوزالتون رو هم آماده کردین و منفی ازین جهت که به استاد این حس رو میده شما فقط و فقط راجع به این پروپوزال میخوایید کار کنید و استاد رو دارید محدود میکنید. به هر حال فکر کنید و با تحلیل برای استادهای درستی پروپوزال بفرستید


هفتم اینکه هیچی! براتون ارزو میکنم خیلی زود به ارزوهاتون برسید
