Our decision on your application
We have declined your application for a student visa because you do not meet the requirements set out in the immigration instructions for student visas.

We have made this decision because but not limited to:


It is an applicant’s responsibility when making application to show by supplying information, evidence, or submissions that the person should be issued a student visa.

The fact that all the requirements for lodging the application are met is not, in itself, a reason to approve the application.

We must also be satisfied that the person is a genuine student, has genuine reason to study in New Zealand, also has strong social and economic ties to his home country and bona fide client travelling to New Zealand with genuine intent.

In deciding this, account is taken of all the information provided including, but not limited to:

·The reason given for your proposed to study in New Zealand.
·The strength of your family ties in Iran your current country of residence, and New Zealand (if any).
·The nature of your financial, personal, employment and other commitments in Iran.
·Any circumstances that may discourage you from returning to Iran your current country of residence at the expiry of any visa.

We have carefully considered all the information and documents supplied.

We are not convinced that your primary intention in travelling to New Zealand would be of a temporary basis and that you would abide by your student visa conditions.

• We have concerns about the bonafide of the reason to study in New Zealand to be genuine.
• We have concerns about your intentions on arrival and concerns about your incentive to return.
• Your passport shows no travel history to a country with similar visa requirements to New Zealand (Visit / Student / Work). Therefore you are unable to demonstrate that you complied with same visa requirements.
• We had to take into consideration the current political situation in Iran. We have concerns about your intentions on arrival, incentive to return and any circumstances that may discourage you from returning to your home country when the student visa expires.

We have considered whether the granting of a limited visa would mitigate our concerns but we do not think that they would. We have also considered whether there are any special circumstances which would warrant an exception to immigration instructions but we can find no reason to grant a visa as an exception.

Please note that you have no statutory right of appeal, or right of reconsideration of our decision. However, you do have the right to apply again for a New Zealand visa at any time. We will consider any future application on its merits under immigration policy applicable at that time.


Who may be granted a student visa?
Under immigration instructions, applicants wanting to study in New Zealand may be with granted a student visa if they can provide evidence that they:
·are genuine students
·have been accepted into an approved course of study
·have paid the course fees required for the duration of the visa
·have funds of NZ$10,000 a year for a course of 36 weeks or more, or NZ$1,000 a month for a course of less than 36 weeks.
Applicants must also meet course requirements and health and character requirements.

من برای مستر اقدام کردم. بهم گفتن اول باید Graduate diploma بخونی 1ترم یا 2 ترم بستگی به نمرات داره بعد بری مستر بخونی. البته شاید چون من معدل لیسانسم کم بود. خلاصه به من اینجوری پذیرش دادن.

یه سوال بچه ها!! هنوز من بعد 3 روزه کاری تو صفحۀ سفارت توی Application خودم Pending هستم و ریجکت من ثبت نشده، از خود سفارتم باید ایمیل رسمی ریجکت بیاد که هنوز نیومده! این غیر عادی هست یا طبیعیه؟

سلام من یه سوالی دارم. واسه دکترا میخام اقدام کنم . استرالیا هزینش خیلی بالا ست.همون سال اول 40 50 تومان میشه. اما دکترا تو نیوزیلند انگار مناسبتره؟ درست شنیدم.؟؟ فوق لیسانس تکثیر پرورش (شیلات) دارم از دانشگاه ازاد. معدل فوقم 17/86. یه مقاله ای اس ای در جورنال کانادا البته ایمپکت فاکتور نداره.2تا همایش بین المللی. ایلتس هم 2 ماه دیگه امتحان میدم. ازمایشی 6 شدم. اما معدل لیسانسم کمه. چند درصد من شانس پذیرش دارم ؟؟؟؟ خاهشا جواب منو بدین ؟؟ مرسی

اول نمره زبان بالاتر از 6و نیم نیاز دارید.اقدام کردن هم هزینه ایی نداره پس حتما اقدام کنید. من فکر میکنم به احتمال خیلی زیاد از یکی از 7 دانشگاه پذیرش خواهید گرفت.موفق باشید.

هم استرالیا و هم نیوزلند، از سال 2006 دکترا با هزیته محلی از اینترنشنال ها می گیرن یعنی حدوداً سالی 5000 تا 6000 دلار.
