dear friend,

in the check list it clearly states that the photocopies of biographical pages of passport(s) are required. it means the page which has your picture on it, your date of birth, ...which is only one page and it is in both English and Farsi..that being said, it doesn't make scene to translate a page which is already in English, in the other words no translation is required... to answer your second question, I need to say, as per from CIT0002-E2 page 3 , box 14: " Tell us about all of your travel documents and/or passports covering your eligibility period" which means, if you have landed back in 2014 and you are eligible to apply for citizenship and if you have not changed your passport since the time you became PR, there would be no need to provide the biographical info of the previous passport as you current passport is covering your eligibility period.

They will ask for translation of Farsi stamps at your interview. Do it now or then, doesn't really matter but the fact of the matter is you need to do it.
