سلام

من امروز اومدم فرم دانشگاه Telemark رو پر کنم آخر سر این رو نوشته بود:

IF SO, please note that ALL transcripts from universities and colleges must be sent from the issuing institution in a sealed envelope. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.

بعد پرسیده بود که می تونی از دانشگاه بخوای این کار رو بکنه یا نه؟ من هم No رو انتخاب کردم بعد این اومد:

No reason to proceed with the Application process

You have answered that it will NOT be possible for your university to send TUC your transcripts directly in a sealed envelope. Since there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the rule it is not any point to continue with the application. Thank you for your interest in Telemark University College.
بالاخره ظاهرا چاره دیگه ای جز ارسال مستقیم ندارید. لطفا در تاپیک زیر جستجو کنید. مسئله ارسال مدارک به این انجمن مربوط نیست.
