تبریک میگم بهتون. نامه مدیکال را براتون پست کردند یا ایمیل؟ و درضمن از شما با سه ماهه دوم آپدیت نخواسته بودند؟

از من اپدیت نخواستند-مستقیم برگه مدیکال اومده -تا 30 روز هم باید مدارک و پست کنم انکارا-رشته ام مهندسی مکانیک

اينطور که به نظر مياد، در ماه 32 براتون مديکال بدون آپديت اومده. اميدوارم که کلا اينجوري پيش بره، البته زمانش رو کمتر بکنند.

منم به دوستمون تبریک میگم ، البته اگر خبر صحت داشته باشه!!!
به این دلیل به خبر شک دارم، چون زمانی که از ما آپدیت خواستند، یک سری فرمهای جدید رو هم باید پر میکردیم، فرمهایی که آنلاین بودند و بارکد هم داشتند و حتی ماه ژانویه که قبل از ما آپدیت و مدیکال داده بودن و این فرمها رو نداشتند در زمان دادن ویزا ، ازشون خواستند این فرمها رو پرکنند!! پس بعیده بدون آپدیت مدیکال بیاد
دوم اینکه هنوز ماه مارچ و برخی از دوستان فوریه منتظرن، چطور اینا پریدن روی ماه جون ؟؟!!!!

· Please undergo your medical examinations according to the instructions and medical forms provided below and/or attached.

· Please submit a written statement indicating any changes since June 2010 for you and your spouse in:

-Your addresses
-Your marital status
-Your family composition
-Please indicate all travels done since June 2010 (dates, purpose of trip, countries visited)
- Since June 2010, if you and your spouse have resided in any country outside of Iran for more than 6 months, please submit original police certificate from that country.

Please gather all requirements and submit allrequested documents at the same time in a single package. Only send original documents when requested. All documents (except passports) that are in a language other than English or French must be accompanied by original certified translations into English or French.

If we do not receive the documents requested within 30 days of the date of this letter, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information already before the officer. Failure to provide the requested documents could result in the refusal of your application.
IRAQI DOCUMENTS: All civil status documents must be issued by the Civil Registry Department of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, except the passport. Police certificates must be issued by the Criminal Investigation Department.

JORDANIAN DOCUMENTS: All civil status documents must be issued by the Civil Registry Department of the Jordanian Ministry of the Interior, except for the passport. Police certificates must be issued by the General Intelligence Directorate.

Your file is being processed in Ankara. No representations, faxes, telephone calls or correspondence can or will be answered by other Canadian Embassies; all inquiries must be sent directly to the visa office in Ankara.
Passports: Please note that each person has to have his/her own passport, valid for at least 1 year.
Please quote your file number, as well as your telephone & fax numbers on all correspondence and on every document you send to us.

Instructions for Arranging Medical Examinations



All immigrants and certain categories of visitors who are seeking admission to Canada must satisfy Canada's medical admissibility criteria. In order to determine your medical admissibility to Canada, you and all of your dependant family members (if any) are required to undergo a medical examination. This examination is required whether or not your dependents will accompany you to Canada.

The medical examination must be performed by one of the licensed doctors shown on our List of Panel Physicians (PPs), accessible here:

All family members should be examined by the same PP. If you or one of your dependents is outside of your home country for an extended period of time, you may see another PP.

You should contact one of these PPs immediately to book an appointment for a medical examination as soon as possible. If you do not undergo all medical examinations within 30 days of the date of this email, your application could be refused.

This letter does not guarantee that visas will be issued. Do not dispose of property or effects, give up employment or accommodations, or take other similar steps towards your proposed migration or visit until your application has been finalised.

Immigrant applications may take as much as another 6 months to process from the date of the medical examination. Do not contact our office for a status update until at least six months after your medical examination date. Any enquiries should be directed to our office in Ankara.

If there is any change in your family status for you or your dependents (e.g. marriage, divorce, birth, death), you must inform our office in writing immediately.

Further Instructions


You and each family member should follow these instructions when they attend their medical examination:

1. Please bring the following to the medical appointment:

• the Medical Report form enclosed with this letter,
• 4 recent colour passport-sized photographs,
• eye glasses (if applicable),
• list of all prescription drugs you are taking,
• all relevant medical reports, test results, or X-rays that you may have as a result of particular medical conditions or previous medical treatment. Include medical reports for any past or present serious illness or disability,
• original passport or other official proof of identity.

2. All fees related to your medical examination are your responsibility.

3. Tell the doctor about all past serious illnesses, operations and treatments you have received or are receiving. Failure to report a medical condition could result in the refusal of your application for misrepresentation.

4. Various tests will be conducted, including chest x-rays, blood tests and urinalysis. After the completion of your initial medical examination and submission of reports, further tests or reports may be requested.

5. To avoid unnecessary delays, ensure that the doctor:
§ answers all questions in Sections B through E of their Medical Report form,
§ attaches original lab results, and
§ forwards original chest x-ray(s) [do not roll] to the address below:

6. The PP performing the medical examination (not the applicant) must send the reports. The doctor may charge you an additional fee for this. All medical documents become the property of Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

7. It is recommended that routine immunizations for all children and adults are initiated/completed before departure for Canada. It is also recommended to bring all immunization records to Canada. This has many advantages for the applicant. For instance, some Canadian provinces require presentation of such records when children or adults enrol in school.
