راهنمایی در خصوص نحوه تعامل با سفارت نروژ جهت اخذ ویزای دانشجویی و مسائل مربوطه

دوست عزيز هرچند خودم هم بدبين هستم كه UDI ويزاها بده! اما انشاا.. كه ميدن
اگه ندادن ياريجكت كردن با اعتراض كردن موافقم لااقل بفهمن كه وقتي اينطور رفتار كنند ما ساكت نميشينيم

سلام دوستان
تو مجلس یه گروه 10 نفره وجود داره به نام گروه دوستی ایران نروژ که دکتر علی مطهری و دکتر مسعود میرکاظمی عضوش هستند و با سفیر هم دیدار کرده بودند. من اطلاعات میرکاظمی را پیدا نکردم ولی امروز یه پیغام برای دکتر مطهری گذاشتم و براش توضیح دادم که ممکنه نروژ بخواد برای کشور ما محدودیت قایل بشه و اینکه کلاسها شروع شده و فیش خوابگاه صادر شده و.... شما هم همین کار را بکنید حالا با هر کسی از مقامات که میتونید باهاشون ارتباط برقرار کنید و اطلاع رسانی کنید.

I gave my documents to the Norwegian embassy in Tehran in November 2012 for PhD visa (working visa)
On may 2013 the university of Oslo sent an email to me and told me as they were expected I would start my PhD in January2013 and it is 7 months that they are waiting me to get the visa and start my project, I have just 1 month to get the visa and travel Norway.
That 1 month passed and I couldn't get suitable answers from UDI.
The University of Oslo withdrew my admission so immediately UDI rejected my wife and my visa application process and sent my rejection letter to the embassy of the norway in Tehran but they didn't inform me that time.
After 3 months Now I realized that I was rejected 3 months ago. I sent an email to embassy of norway in tehran and they told me they have done mistake that they have not sent the rejection letter to me until now and they just apologized.
Now I will write a complaint against the performance of norwegian embassy in tehran.

Just be careful about the delay of receiving the answer

Thank you so much for informing us.
I would like to know about the rejection letter. Is there anything written about the reason of rejection. I have plan to follow my study in the other countries and with the action of UDI, my background will be ruined.

I personally believe that they do same action with all of us. because they issued study permit before for selected people.

امروز یک فاکتور 9270 NOK برای خوابگاه به ایمیل من فرستادند من هم جوابشون را دادم که رفتار شما مثل Internet Fraud می مونه و کشوری مثل نروژ که جایزه صلح نوبل رو تقدیم می کنه نباید این رفتار زشت رو داشته باشه و پول مردم کشورهای دیگه روبگیره و بهشون ویزا نده و بعد هم فاکتور خوابگاه بهشون بده و برای دانشگاه و UDI ارسال کردم. اینها ظاهراً می خوان همه جوری ماها رو بپیچونن.

متاسفم! چون شما از ريجكت شدنتون مطلع نشديد پس اعتراض هم نتونستيد بديد.
دوستان اصلا به سفارت تكيه نكنيد. همونطور كه خودشون هم مي گن اينا فقط نقش اسكنر رو دارن! كه متاسفانه انگار اين وظيفه رو هم به درستي انجام نمي دن.

سفارت کانادام وقتی منتقل شد آنکارا هم این مسخره بازیا بود. با یادشون میرفت پرونده هایی که با پست اومدرو باز کنن یا یادشون میرفت ریجکتارو اعلام کنن. در هر صورت این شرایط من یاد گند کاریای کانادا انداخت. متاسفانه با ایمیل کار به جایی نمیبریم. دانشگاه که عملا کاری از دستش بر نمیاد UDI هم که فقط میگه داره بررسی میشه. راه دیگه ای به ذهنتون میرسه؟

To the all of my friends,
I have material science and engineering background and I wanted to work in chemistry
in the letter they just mentioned as the reference (the university ) withdrew the admission they rejected me. .
I'm not sad at all because now I have other offers from the UK and could get visa from UK.
Just I mention again that don't trust the UDI and norwegian embassy in tehran. I think they want to investigate the cases that much late that the universities withdraw the admissions.
my suggestion is to apply other countries beside Norway..

I sent my documents to the canadian embassy in ankara in september 2012 and they answered me yesterday after 9 months.
they are not eager to give visa to the students who work in chemistry.
