Step 5: Pick up Your Passport From PTT (Turkish Post) Office
After your visa application is approved by the Consular Officer, you must leave your passport at the consular section so that your visa can be issued and placed in your passport. After your visa has been issued, your passport will be sent to the PTT (Turkish Post) office you have selected during your appointment registration.
Please note that you will not receive a tracking number after your interview in the Consular Section. The tracking number is only assigned when your passport is given to PTT (Turkish Post) for delivery.

Click “Sign In” button on the top right side of the web site.
Read the information on the following page. After checking the box, click on “Confirm”
“Existing Account Check” box will pop up. Click “Yes” to continue.
Enter your Passport Number, Date of Birth and Nationality details then click “Log In”
On the next screen, please check the comment next to “Waybill Number”. Waybill Number can be found in the blue Applicant Information box. You can review the status of your package, and you can view your tracking number in that related field. If you need to contact PTT (Turkish Post), you can always use that tracking number for your queries.
