AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT


Persons in the United States who desire to furnish sponsorship for an applicant in the form of an affidavit of supportshould use Form I-134, Affidavit of Support, available from the USCIS offices or the following web site: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-134.pdf. Sponsors may also elect to furnish a statement in the form of an affidavitsworn to before a notary public or other official competent to administer an oath, setting forth his or her willingnessand financial ability to contribute to the applicant’s support and reasons, in detail, for sponsoring the applicant.
The sponsor’s affidavit should include:

1. Information regarding his or her annual income;
2. Where material, information regarding his or her other resources;
3. Obligations for the support of members of his or her own family and other persons, if any;
4. Other obligations and expenses;
5. Plans and arrangements made for the applicant’s reception and support;
6. An expression of willingness to deposit a bond, if necessary, with the USCIS to guarantee that the applicant
   will not become a public charge in the US; and
7. An acknowledgement that the sponsor is aware of his or her responsibilities under the Social Security Act, as
   amended, and the Food Stamp Act, as amended; that the affidavit and supporting documentation may bemade available to a public assistance agency. (The provisions of the above laws are contained in form DS-1858, Sponsor’s Financial Responsibility Under the Social Security Act, and printed in Part III of theinstructions for Form (I-134)

The sponsor should include in the affidavit a statement concerning his or her status in the United States. If thesponsor is an American citizen, the affidavit of should indicate the date of naturalization, the name and location ofthe court, and the number of the sponsor’s certificate of naturalization. If the sponsor is an alien who has beenlawfully admitted into the United States for permanent residence, he or she should state in the affidavit the date andplace of admission for permanent residence and the alien registration number which appears on his or her AlienRegistration Receipt Card.
To substantiate the information regarding income and resources the sponsor should attach two or more of thefollowing items to the affidavit:

1. Copies of his or her latest federal income tax return;
2. Copies of his or her latest W-2 forms
3. A statement from his or her employer showing salary and the length and permanency of employment;
4. A statement from an officer of a bank regarding his or her account, the date the account was opened, and the
   present balance;
5. Any other evidence adequate to establish financial ability to carry out his or her undertaking toward the
   applicant for what might be an indefinite period of time.

If the sponsor is well established in business, he or she may submit a rating from a recognized business ratingorganization in lieu of the foregoing. If the sponsor is married, the affidavit of support should be signed jointly byboth the husband and wife. Affidavits of support should be of recent date when presented to the consular officer.They are unacceptable if more than one year has elapsed from the date of execution. A sponsor may prefer toforward his or her affidavit of support directly to the consular office where the application will be made, in whichevent the contents will not be divulged to the applicant.
Note: An applicant who expects to meet the public charge provisions of the law through the presentation of anaffidavit of support is encouraged to forward this information sheet to his or her sponsor so as to assist thesponsor in preparing an affidavit.

من یک بار درخواست باز کردن فرم تکمیل شده ی ds-260 را کرده ام و پس از اصلاح و ارسال مجدد آن متوجه شدم که یک اشکال دیگر در این فرم وجود دارد آیا برای بار دوم هم آن را re-open خواهند نمود و اشکالی ایجاد نخواهد شد؟

با سلام دوستان سوالی در گواهی عدم سو پیشینه داشتم من به مدت 2 سال در ترکیه بودم به این صورت که هر 3 ماه یک بار با یک ورود و خروج ویزا تمدید میکردم و حالا با سفارت ترکیه که مکاتبه کردم گفتند فقط برای کسانی که دفترچه اقامت دارند این گواهی را صادر می کنند که شامل حال من نمیشود . حالا بااین شرایط ایا اگر حضورا به ترکیه بروم می توانم این گواهی را بگیرم ؟ دوستان لطفا راهنمایی کنند. متشکرم

اگر ایمیل بزنید ، کی سی سی رسیدگی خواهد کرد اما من توصیه نمیکنم که اینکار رو بکنید
اگر مشکل جدی نیست که بگذارید برای روز مصاحبه
ولی اگر جدی هست فقط یک ایمیل بزنید و مورد صحیح رو گزارش بدید

با توجه به مدت اقامت دو سالتون در یک کشور خارجی ٬ شما نیاز به اخذ گواهی عدم سوپیشینه دارید
اما در خصوص نحوه گرفتنش با سفارت ترکیه در تهران رایزنی کنید و علت درخواستتون رو براشون تشریح کنید

نوشتن کلمه وظیفه یا ننوشتنش اهمیت چندانی نداره
آفیسر میدونه که خدمت سربازی در ایران اجباری هست

ضمن احترام به نظر دوستان
به نظر من نوشتن کلمه " وظیفه" Conscript بسیار مهمه و تاثیر بسیار زیادی در کوتاه و یا طولانی شدن مدت زمان کلیرنس شما داره.
من سال 2011 در انکارا مصاحبه شدم ، افسر به مدت 7 دقیقه با من صحبت کرد که حدود 4 دقیقه در مورد خدمت سربازیم پرسید.
این که افسر میدونه خدمت سربازی در ایران اجباری هست یا نه یه بحثه، این که ایا خود همون افیسر پروسه کلیرنس رو دنبال میکنه یا اشخاص دیگه ای در سفارت یه بحث دیگست که به نظرم به خاطر همین موضوع دوم بهتره " وظیفه" رو قید کنید.
این نظر من بود در کنار نظر بقیه دوستان، تصمیم با شماست

با سلام و تشکر از راهنماییتون.من با سفارت ترکیه مکاتبه کردم ولی انها گفتند که فقط برای کسانی که اقامت رسمی ( ونه به صورت ورود وخروج) داشته اند این گواهی را صادر میکنند وعلت درخواست فرقی برای انها ندارد.

سلام دوستان من تو فرم 260 محل مصاحبه را ارمنستان تغییر دادم در ضمن ایمیل به کی سی سی هم فرستادم و درخواست تغییر محل مصاحبه را دادم جواب دادند باید دلیل بیاری ممکنه قبول نکنند؟شنیدم آنکارا مدیکال سختگیری می کنه چه دلیلی بیارم خوبه؟ نزدیکی مسیر زمینی خوبه؟مرسی

اگر ایمیل بزنید ، کی سی سی رسیدگی خواهد کرد اما من توصیه نمیکنم که اینکار رو بکنید
اگر مشکل جدی نیست که بگذارید برای روز مصاحبه

من مدرک تحصیلیم فوق لیسانس است ولی در قسمت "highest level of education completed"نوشته ام "high school diploma"
البته در قسمتی که باید مدارج تحصیلی را می نوشتم ، مدرک دیپلم و لیسانس و فوق لیسانسم را ذکر کرده ام
به نظر شما ایمیل بزنم و توضیح بدهم یا مشکل جدی ای نیست و می توانم بگذارم برای روز مصاحبه؟
