برای افرادی که فعلا کانادا هستند و پی آر ندارند، میشه خود فرد شرکت بزنه و به خودش جاب آفر بده؟ من چیزی ندیدم که نشه.

بچه ها سلام.خسته نباشید واقعا.
من یه سوال داشتم.جوری که من از نوشته بچه ها فهمیدم برای این روش باید دو تا اپلیکیشن پر بشه. یکی که همون اطلاعات خودمونه و مدرک و اینا که باید مثل قدیم که مثلا 67 امتیاز بود به یه امتیازی برسه تا بتونیم اپلیکیشن بعدی رو پرکنیم.درست متوجه شدم دیگه؟ همینه؟
بعد یه سوال دیگه.دقیقا کی باید مدارک رو ارسال کرد؟ بعد از اینکه اپلیکیشن دومی رو پرکردیم باید مدارک ارسال بشه؟ یا باید صبر کنیم اگه واجد شرایط شدیم و از بین نفرات انتخاب شدیم باید مدارک رو بفرستیم؟

Step 1: See if you may be eligible

You can use our online tool, Come to Canada, to see if you meet the criteria to get into the Express Entry pool. It will take you about 15 minutes.
(You will need your language test results, your NOC skill type or level described above and your Education Credential Assessment (ECA.
When you get to the end, a reference number will show on the screen. Write it down. You will need it later when you go to build your profile.

Step 2: Build your online Express Entry profile

If you get a positive result from Come to Canada, it will send you to MyCIC. If you do not already have a MyCIC account, you will need to create one. Then you will fill out an Express Entry profile to tell us about your:

• identity
• contact information
• education in more detail
• work experience in more detail
• language
• (family who would come with you to Canada (dependants

You will need:

• (your passport or travel document (or other national identity document, if you do not have one of these

• your NOC job title and code
• (your language test results (either IELTS, CELPIP or TEF
• your Educational Credential Assessment result, if you have one
• a copy of your written job offer from an employer in Canada, if you have one
• a copy of your provincial nomination, if you have one, and
• your personal reference code from the Come to Canada tool, if you have one. (It looks like this: JM1234567890). We use it to bring the answers you provided in the tool into MyCIC so you do not have to answer the questions again. If you go to the profile builder directly through MyCIC, you will not have one.

To create your Express Entry profile

1. Follow the instructions to create a MyCIC account if you do not already have one. The system will give you aMyCIC number that you will use each time you sign in.
2. If you have a personal reference code from the Come to Canada tool, enter it when it prompts you. If you do not have a code, go to Step 3.
3. Enter your personal details, work experience, education, etc. (Note: You may exit the profile at any time. Your information will be saved. But, if you do not complete the Express Entry profile in 30 days, you will not be able to submit it and will have to start again)n.
4. Submit your profile online.

Register with Job Bank

To finish your Express Entry profile you must register with the Government of Canada’s Job Bank if you do not already have:

• a valid job offer, or
• a nomination from a province or territory.

Job Bank is an easy, online job search tool which will connect you with employers and jobs in Canada based on your skills and experience.

If you do not register with Job Bank within 30 days your Express Entry profile will expire.

یه چیز جالب که شاید بخواین بدونین:

It is possible for there to be a tie in ranking between two or more candidates who have the same CRS score. When more than one candidate holds the lowest rank included in a particular draw, all candidates holding that lowest rank will be drawn.

سلام دوستان واقعا مرسی از توضیحات همگی... اگه از اول صفحات خونده بشه خیلی چیزا روشن میشه,اما یه چیزایی هنوز مشخص نیست:
1.اینکه برا این روش هم Deadline داریم یا فرصت هست زبان رو مثلا مثل خود من تا 3 ماه دیگه امتحان داد و بهترش کرد و بعدا پروفایل رو ساخت؟
2.میشه یه شخصی رو که ایرانی باشه و مقیم کانادا پیدا کرد که Job Offer بده و با این Offer کار رو پیش برد؟!

An employer will need to ensure the job offer is supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment. This process ensures they have first tried to find Canadians to fill job openings.

به این راحتی نیست .. حتما باید job offer تایید شه و Labour Market Impact Assessment داشته باشه

حق با شماست به تنهایی یک فرد غیر پی آر نمیتونه شرکت بزنه اما با شریک شدن با یک فردی که پی آر یا سیتیزن هست میشه شرکت زد. حالا باید دید که جاب آفر چنین شرکتی قابل قبوله؟

البته در این زمینه یک استثنایی وجود داره.
