High school / secondary education
This is a course with a fixed quota of places, which requires to pass an admission test before enrolment.
In order to enrol in a first cycle degree (i.e. bachelor’s degree) and one-long-cycle master’s degree programmes, you shall hold a high school diploma meeting the following requirements:
• It shall enable you to apply for university programmes of the same level in your country;
• It shall be gained after at least 12 years of global education;
If you hold a high school diploma awarded after less than years of global schooling you have to include a Declaration issued by the University, provided with a certified translation and legalization, that you have also completed all the exams of the first year of university studies, ALTERNATIVELY a post-secondary (non-academic) qualification provided with certified translation, legalization and declaration of value.
• If an academic eligibility exam is required in your country to enrol in universities, the same exam will be required for admission into Italian universities as well.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: Italian / English / French / Spanish.
Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
These documents shall be written or translated in one of the following languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish. If the document is issued in a different language from those listed above, you will have to upload both the original document and its certified translation.
You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.
