Salam,
I have already earned my MSc in Electrical engineering and normally I should apply for PhD. But I was wondering if getting another MSc will provide me a better chance for getting a job? That's because getting a PhD takes at least four to five years and I have to work hard and after that my job scope is almost limited to academic jobs. Knowing the fact that I can not get admission from top schools like NCSU, Virgina Tech, Wisconsin Madison(in power engineering) etc, my job opportunities after getting a PhD will become even harder. Besides, the difference between MSc and PhD jobs do not differ so much and if I work with a MSc I can earn more while not studying in PhD! Could you please help me choose the best?
Thanks a lot.
I have engrossed with this idea since last two years. I'm also holding both B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. I agree with you that PhD curriculum is a burdensome for those who want to start their REAL life as soon as possible.
However, if you don't have a trusted employer in the US, thinking of H1 visa is not reasonable.
The better solution is to get a professional master degree including some internships. Although it is feasible, but requires some money, or it's better to say a great deal of money! Because in these levels of study, remarkable funds universities give to their PhD students no longer exists.

I guess it's becoming hard to choose between getting M.sc or PhD.But My question is that after getting a B.Sc ,which one of these options is a better one?
1-to continue M.Sc and getting ready to get another one in the same field
2-working hard in B.Sc (3-4 years) to get admission for PhD in one of the best US Universities
My main concern is about salery and chances to get into a high professional career

Depends on the field. In Engineering for example if your career is the most important factor and you already have a B.Sc. from an American university, forget about Masters or PhD and just get a job as quickly as possible in a top company. A graduate degree will not add much.
