این مدارک لیست جامع مدارک مورد نیاز برای ویزاست که در لیست اولیه اعلام نکردن. من برای phd هقدام کردم در نهایت این ها رو می خوان
- Your military completion card or a certified copy with a translation.
- A certified copy of your birth certificate with translation.
- You have provided us with copies and translations of employment certificates and your transcripts. We require either certified copies of the original documents or the original documents.
- A certified copy of every page of your passport (you have only provided copies of some pages).
- 3 months of bank transactions (you have only provided us with a bank balance)
- A completed Educational Background form (attached);
- A completed Employment History form (attached);
- A completed International Travel form (attached);
- A completed Family Declaration form (attached);
- A certified copy of your offer of place from your University;
- A certified copy of your letter detailing your scholarship;
- A certified copy of your passport including all pages with visas and stamps present;
- Please provide us with your current address;
- Please advise if you have held any other addresses in any country, within the past five years. Please provide these addresses;
- A copy of your Resume or Curriculum Vitae;
- Please provide employment certificates for all of your periods of employment;
- A copy of your Masters thesis abstract (if applicable);
- A copy of your PhD research proposal;
- Please advise us who your supervisor is;
- Please advise us what activities and plans you will pursue once you have completed your Doctorate degree i.e. What are your career plans?
- Please advise us why you have chosen New Zealand to continue to study.
- Copies of your Bachelors and Masters academic transcripts and degree certificates (if applicable);
