دوست عزیز میشه فارسی چیزی که میخواستین بگین رو بگین. من دوست دارم کمکتون کنم ولی چون ظاهرا اصلا تو باغ نیستم که رشته ی شما چی هست، نمی دونم دقیقا چی میخواستین بگین! فقط اینو بگم بهتره به جای به کار بردن so از کلمات رسمی تر مثل thus یا Therefore استفاده کنید. و برای اون ها هم باید قبلش نقطه بذارید ( جمله ی قبل تموم میشه)، بعد thus یا Therefore، بعدش کاما و بعد بقیه ی مطلب. publish کردن research هم فکر نمی کنم درست باشه، بگین publish some papers بهتره.

Dear Mr/Madam


It is my pleasure that I apply for PHD degree in Protein folding programme programme at the University of Michigan. I have recently graduated in the Doctorate of veterinary medicine at veterinary faculty of Ferdowsi university of Mashhad (in Iran) and Now I am seriously studing English. my GPA is 16.93/20, the grade of my dissertation is 19.45/20 and I have been ranked 3^th in the DVM programme at my university.

I am so interested in continuing my education in molecular and laboratorial fields and I believe that molecular sciences are great areas to advance medical clinical sciences. to achieve this aim and therefore to make my theoretical scientific base (in some medical fields related to laboratory sciences) powerful, I have been studing immunology specially, microbiology and etc since around 3 years ago. I going to start an apprenticeship course in the immunology laboratory of Booali institution^́ (an institute associated to Mashhad Medical University) to learn many laboratory methods and techniques.

My education in Doctorate of veterinary medicine in one of the best universities of Iran (top 5) gave me the chance to pass some courses including Biochemistery, Biology,Genetics, immunology and etc, and to choose an immunological subject for my dissertation with the subject of ..........., that this subject let me learn some laboratory methods and do research in the area of molecular-cellular immunology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, biotechnology and also Genetics. Working on My dissertation let me know how to arrange and carry out a research and also prepare a paper based on it and to know how to write a Scientificly valuable paper.

My main focus and interest has been on immunology and Biology and as I mentioned I have a powerful base of theoretical knowledge of thess areas because of some year`s study of text books. To proceed the laboratorial knowledge and efficiency I am going to take part in a novitiate course in one of the best laboratories (Booali institution) to be able to work in laboratories independently. I also have knowledge of programming in pascal.

I chose this field because I am highly motivated to do research and also to pass courses in molecular and laboratory-related fields specially if the project is on Protein folding of HIV. I like to take over duties in scientific atmosphere of universities in the future and also to have my own business in the highly competitive scientific world to play an important role to promote this field and to achieve all my ambitions.

I see the University of Michigan a great step to attain my ambitions and I hope I will do my higher education in the University of Michigan. I have enclosed all materials required for applying (except diploma because Ihave recently got it and its translation in english is not ready yet). thank you for your consideration of my application.

اصولش و مواردی که باید شامل بشه هم به من، برای نوشتن SOP خیلی کمک کرد.

من از یک دانشگاه پذیرش مشروط گرفتم . قبلا SOP دادم . حالا می گه Statement af action بده. کسی نمونه همچین نامه ای رو داره؟؟

دوست عزیز،
اول از همه اینکه Cover letter معمولا برای اپلیکیشن برای کار هست و همراه با رزومه فرستاده میشه یعنی رزومه رو به اون اتچ میکنن. و یه فرمت مشخص داره، یعنی همون طور که از اسمش معلومه (letter) فرمت نامه رو داره یعنی شامل قسمتهای header، introduction، body، closing هست. cover letter به طور معمول یک صفحه طولشه و نه بیشتر. در مواردی که برای اپلای برای یه پوزیشن تحصیلی مثلا مستر یا دکتری که خودتون گفتین چنین چیزی رو میخوان، اغلب اوقات اسمش به صورت application letter یا motivation letter تغییر میکنه که کماکان همون فرمت نامه رو داره فقط از نظر محتوا روی امتیازات تحصیلی تأکید بیشتری میشه و البته من دیدم که اجازه داده میشه که تعداد صفحات هم بیشتر باشه مثلا نهایتاً دو صفحه.
توی SOP چارچوب نوشتن رو خودتون میتونید تعیین کنید، هیچ تمپلیت مشخصی برای نوشتن سوپ وجود نداره. توی سوپ شما میتونید گفتار رو حتی تا حدی طنزآمیز، هیجانی، داستان گونه و یا هر جوری که فکر کنید نوشته تون روانتر و دلچسبتر میشه بنویسید. پس جا برای خلاقیت توی SOP بیشتره.
نهایتاً چیزی که شما الان احتیاج دارید بدونید اینه که همون محتویات سوپ رو باید توی یه چارچوب معین بنویسید و یا یه نثر رسمی تر تا بشه اون cover letter ای که باید ارائه بدید. در ضمن توی سایت خیلی از دانشگاهها به خصوص دانشگاه استنفورد نمونه های خیلی خوبی برای cover letter قرار داده شده که با سرچ میتونید پیدا کنید.

یکی از دانشگاهای المان گفته یه سوپ بنویسید که حدود 2000 کلمه باشه!!! اخه چی باید بنویسیم!!! یکی بگه اینو چجوری باید انجام داد؟ اگر خیلی با جزئیات بنویسیم در مورد کارهایی که کردیم و فعالیتهامون اشکالی داره؟
الان یکی نوشتم تازه شده 1000 کلمه!! موندم چیکار کنم و برام خیلی مهمه!!
