Besides I have many related work experience in this area during 12years of working in different positions specially managerial positions in largest car manufacturing company in the middle east. I believe my coursework in the basic knowledge of ... and my working experiences in this field have provided me with many excellent skills and qualifications. I wish to expand upon my capabilities and education, by exploring new horizons and adding to my knowledge base during my postgraduate studies under your supervision. بنظر من بهتره یه مقدار از کارایی که قبلا کردید رو حذف کنید و بجاش دقیقا بگید که دیدم دارید رو فلان پروژه کار میکنید که خوراک منه. بعد هم تو 2 یا 3 خط با یه توضیح کوتاه از اطلاعاتی که در اون زمینه دارید میگید که ثابت کنید واقعا کاندیدای مناسبی هستید

حتمن! چون با PR شما خارجی حساب نمیشید، و این به شدت تأثیر مثبت داره، چون سهمیه ی مقیم + شهروند خیلی از خارجی بیشتره، توی همه ی پروگرم ها. من توصیه ام اینه که همون جمله ی اول که خودتونو معرفی می کنید، a permanent resident of Canada (به جای a new immigrant) رو قید کنید.
