نگرفتن ورقهٔ زرد بد از قبول شدن مصاحبه در دوبی‌

برادر من امروز مصاحبه داشت توئ دوبی‌ و خدا رو شکر قبول شد ولی‌ ورقهٔ زرد‌و بش ندادن یعنی‌ هیچی‌ بش ندادن.حالا از کجا بفهمیم اسمش در آمده.گفتن ۳-۴ روزه بش میدن کسی‌ وضعیت مشابه داشته؟

نوع ویزاش چی بود و بر چه اساس میگه که قبول شده؟

سلام،خوده کنسولر بش گفت که قبول شدی.و باید پاسپورتتو اینجا بذاری ولی‌ چون برادر من نوامبر ۱ باید بر می‌گشت از بس هیجانی شده بود پاسپورتشو داد ولی‌ بدن گرفت و یادش رفت بپرسه چطوری چک بکنه ببینه قبول شده یا نه.در ضمن برادر من برایهF1 اقدام کرد

According to U.S. immigration law, all applicants for nonimmigrant visas must establish to the satisfaction of the consular officer that they have a residence abroad and they will depart the United States at the end of their authorized temporary stay. In other words, applicants must demonstrate strong social, economic, or familial ties outside the United States. Unfortunately, because the applicant did not demonstrate strong ties outside the United States and was not able to demonstrate that his/her intended activities in the U.S. would be consistent with the visa status, the applicant was found ineligible for a nonimmigrant visa. This is not a permanent refusal. The applicant may reapply for a visa, if there is additional evidence to demonstrate compelling reasons to depart the United States that were not present during the visa interview.
Otherwise, the applicant should consider reapplying after there has been a significant change in his or her current situation. In order to reapply the applicant must submit a new application form, photo, and pay the visa application fee.

متاسفانه اشتباه برادرتون باعث شده که یا آفیسر یک جورایی بهش گیر بده یا این وسط یک اشتباه اتفاق افتاده، همین طور که قبلا هم تاکید کردم بهترین راه این هست که برادرتون به سفارت بره و با خود آفیسر مستقیما صحبت کنه.

متاسفانه اشتباه برادرتون باعث شده که یا آفیسر یک جورایی بهش گیر بده یا این وسط یک اشتباه اتفاق افتاده، همین طور که قبلا هم تاکید کردم بهترین راه این هست که برادرتون به سفارت بره و با خود آفیسر مستقیما صحبت کنه.

ایشون میتونست همون طور که قبلا هم گفتم از یکی از ایرانی هایی که اونروز مصاحبه داشتند و داخل سفارت میرفتند بخواد که در مورد کیسش سوال کنند و حتی پاسپورتشون رو هم در اختیارشون بگذاره تا با آفیسر مربوطه قضیه رو مطرح کنند.
شاید هنوزم بشه کاری کرد.

دوست عزيز

لطفا اشتباه نكنيد! برادر شما در مصاحبه قبول نشده بلكه رد شده و به همين دليل برگه زرد نگرفته!! توضيح سفارت كاملا واضحه و ميگه ايشون social tie كافي نداشته كه نشون بده حتما به ايران برميگرده و به همين دليل توسط آفيسر reject شده.

اگر كسي در مصاحبه قبول بشه ولي برگه زرد بهش داده نشه و بجاش ازش خواسته بشه كه پاسپورتشو اونجا بذاره بدين معناست كه آفيسر سفارت پروسه كليرنس رو براش لازم ندونسته است. اين موضوع به دليل بديهي بودن، بسته مي شود.
