در مورد SVP من به سفارت ایمیل زدم و اونها این پاسخ رو به من دادند:

Please note that if your provided us with a COE your assessment level should be AL1.

In reference to the online application, please note that we still did not open our system at the embassy to receive online application, so you have to send us the application by mail.
