اگه منظورتون چند تای پست اخیر بچه ها و بنده هست به نظرم جواب خیر هست چون این لغات بیشتر به کار GRE میان و چون چنین تاپیکی در بخش GRE نبود لغت ها اینجا گذاشته شده. ولی اگه به اندازه کافی وقت دارید (مثلا 6 ماه دیگه امتحان تافل دارید) خوندن این لغات هم میتونه مفید باشه.

primarily به معنی mainly و mostly هست. always یعنی 100% ولی primarily کمی کمتر از 100% هست. کاربردش هم فرق میکنه. Primarily به معنی عمدتا هست.
