فایل نامبر فدرال بنده هم امروز اومد !
رشته مهندسی شیمی ، مصاحبه 28 اکتبر 2013 ، ارسال مدارک 20 نوامبر 2013
از اونجایی که تازه ازدواج کردم و باید زیر 1ماه همسرم رئ اضافه کنم چند تا سوال داشتم :

1- تغییرات رو به صورت ایمیل فوری هم باید به کبک اعلام کنم و هم فدرال و سپس فرم ها و مدارک رو ارسال کنم ؟ ایمیل هرکدوم چی هست و متن ایمیل چی باید باشه ؟
در ضمن در پایین ایمیل فایل نامبر من نوشته هر تغیری رو به ویزا آفیس اعلام کن ، منظور چه آدرسی هست ؟ Veuillez informer le bureau des visas de tout changement concernant votre demande (naissance ou adoption d’un enfant, mariage ou conjoint de fait, nouvel emploi ou employeur, changement d’adresse, changement d’adresse courriel, changement de représentant en immigration, etc.)

2- فرم های خودن هم باید آپدیت کنم ؟یا فقط برای همسر ؟ CSQ خودم هم همراه مدارک همسر بفرستم ؟

3- پرداخت هزینه های همسرم باید یه 162$ و یه 550$ باشه ؟ از طریق آنلاین میشه پرداخت کرد ؟ من لینکی که 160 $ رو پرداخت کنم پیدا نکردم ولی 550$ رو دیدم که میشه آنلاین پرداخت کرد. اگه نمیشه آنلاین سریعترین راه چیست ، چون الان زمان زیادی نداریم
یا تو ابن مرحله فقط 162$ رو پرداخت کنم و اگر CSQ همسر اومد بقیه داستان ؟

4-مدارک همسرم : شناسنامه - کارت ملی - پاسپورت - مدرک لیسانس حسابداری - ریز نمرات دانشگاه - مدرک دیپلم و پیش دانشگاهی
ایا مدارک زیر هم لازمه ؟
-ریز نمران 3 سال دیبرستان و ریز نمرات پیشدانشگاهی
-نامه سابقه کار از همه شرکتها در 5 سال گذشته
-سابقه بیمه
-فیش حقوقی

5 - اگه الان ما ایمیل بزنیم و تغییرات رو اعلام کنیم ولی مدارک بجای 30 روز ، مثلا 40 روزه بدستشون برسه ایراد داره ؟

دوستاتنی که تجربش رو دارن لطفا راهنمایی کنن شاید سوال شخص دیگری هم باشه ، ممنون

دوستان کسی حوصله نمیکنه جواب من رو بده ؟ لطف کنید اگر اطلاع دارید جواب بدید

سوال 1 : تغییرات را برای کبک فقط باید مدارک ارسال کنید ولی برای محکم کاری به این آدرسها

منظور از ویزا آفیس ، پاریس هست که به آدرس ایمیل re-paris-immigration@international.gc.ca و آدرس زیر باید مدارک را ارسال کنید یادتون باشه در متن ایمیل به پاریس بگید که در حال جمع آوری مدرک برای اخذ csq هستید و به محض اینکه آنها Csq بفرستند براشون نسخه مربوطه رو ایمیل می کنید

2-مدارک خودتون در صورتی برای کبک و پاریس مجدد ارسال می شه که تغییری کرده باشه مثل کارتون یا تغییر آدرس ایمیل یا تغییر آدرس منزل
مدارک همسر شامل فرم درخواست csq به شرح ذیل که می بینید توضیح دادم -شناسنامه خودتون و همسرتون - سند ازدواج -مدرک تحصیلی و ریز نمرات همسرتون -سوابق بیمه و سوابق کاری همسرتون شامل نامه یا قرارداد کاری -گواهینامه های آموزشی و هر مدرکی که فکر می کنید در نظر آفیسر مثبته به علاوه مدرک زبان فرانسه یا انگلیسی اگر دارید TCF و کپی پاسپورت همسر و مانی اردر 160 دلاری و حتما حتما اصل csq خودتون را برای مونترال دفتر MICC ارسال کنید

You have informed us of your recent or upcoming marriage or that you have a common-law spouse (a person with whom you have been cohabiting in a conjugal relationship for a period of at least one year).

IMPORTANT: If you have already received your immigrant visa, please be informed that it is no longer valid once you are married or have become a common-law spouse. You should not attempt to use the visa to enter Canada, and must return it to our office immediately. If the visa has been placed in your passport, you must return both the passport and the IMM5292 form (Confirmation of Permanent Residence) to our office. Once the visa is cancelled, we will return your passport. According to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations, an officer can issue a permanent resident visa only if it has been established that the applicant and his family members, whether accompanying or not, are not inadmissible on medical, criminal or security grounds. Your spouse or your common-law spouse must be examined.

The fees and the Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ) are required only if your spouse or your common-law spouse will accompany you to Canada.
If you wish to sponsor him or her at a later date, you will be required to submit a sponsorship and pay the fees once you have become a permanent resident of Canada. Please note that this could lead to several months of separation from your spouse while your sponsorship application and your spouse’s permanent residence application are being processed.

The following documents are required, if your spouse or your common-law spouse will accompagny you to Canada :

☐ fees required in the amount of CAN $550 (processing fee) + CAN $490 (right of permanent residence), for a total of CAN $1040 (see the “Method of Payment” sheet attached)

☐ If your destination is the province of Quebec, you must also obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) for your spouse. Please contact the Bureau d’immigration du Québec (BIQ) office which issued your CSQ, attaching a copy of this letter, for information on how to proceed. The BIQ will also require processing fees.



Even if your spouse or your common-law spouse will not accompagny you to Canada, the following documents are required:

☐ the IMM0008 Generic form completed by you as principal applicant. Please date and sign the form at the bottom of the last page

☐ the other attached forms to be completed, dated and signed by your spouse

☐ 4 (four) identical and recent photographs of your spouse in accordance with the attached specifications

☐ photocopy of your spouse’s valid passport (do not include blank pages)

☐ photocopy of your spouse’s birth certificate showing both parents’ names


☐ photocopy of your marriage certificate, declaration of common-law relationship or other proof of your relationship with your spouse

☐ if your spouse is divorced or legally separated, photocopy of the divorce decree or legal separation document

☐ if your spouse has children from a previous relationship, photocopy of the document establishing the custody of the children and visiting rights

☐ originals of police certificates along with a translation in French or English issued within the last three months by the authorities of all countries in which your spouse has resided for more than 6 months since his or her 18th birthday. You will find more information on how to obtain a police certificate from certain countries on the following web site:

☐ military service for your spouse (rank, unit and location). Provide a photocopy of the certificate of good conduct.

☐ on the attached sheet, indicate the dates, destination and reasons for any trips, including tourism, taken by your spouse outside his or her country of origin/residence in the last 10 years (but only since his or her 18th birthday).

☐ if you are applying as a Skilled Worker or Business Immigrant and your destination in Canada is other than the province of Quebec:

- photocopy of your spouse’s educational diplomas and certificates
- if your spouse has worked in Canada for at least one year, full-time, photocopy of his or her work permit
- if your spouse has completed a program of full-time study of at least two years’ duration at a post-secondary institution in Canada, photocopy of his or her student permit
- if you or your spouse has a close relative in Canada (brother, sister, father, mother, grandparent, child, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece) who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada, proof of the relationship and of the relative’s status in Canada

Please wait until you have all the documents assembled before sending them to us and return this letter with your reply. You must attach an official translation into English or French of any document not already in one or the other of these languages. You must submit all documents by mail only.

Your spouse will be required to undergo a medical examination. We will send you the form and instructions once we have received the documents listed above. If you have not yet undergone your medical examination, you may wait and do so at the same time as your spouse. If you have undergone the medical examination but the results expire soon, we will send a form for you as well.

You must provide all the documents and the fees within 3 months from the date of this letter in order to include your spouse or common-law spouse to your file and issue the medical instructions.

پس برای آنها باید مبلغ 1040 دلار ارسال کنی که اونم از ایران کانادا آقای کریمی می تونی بگیری اینم شمارش 09196269536
بعد از ارسال مدارک برای کبک و همچنین پاریس منتظر می شی ودر صورتی که csqصادر شد یک نسخه را برای پاریس می فرستی و در این فاصله ممکنه مدیکال برای جفتتون بیاد می تونید مدیکالو بدید و منتظر Csqبشید
فقط مدارک را برای کیک فرستادی به پاریس اعلام کن بعدشم که پاس ریکوئست از پاریس می آد و به سلامتی ویزا صادر می شه
تا جاییکه من می دونم اگر برای ارسال مدارک بیشتر زمان می خوای اعلام کن و مشکلی نیست
مدارک تحصیلی همسرت آخرین مدرک تحصیلی کفایت می کنه ولی بازم بریا اطمینان می خوای بقیه رو هم بزار .کارت ملی نیاز نیست

سلام دوست عزیز وقتی csq صادر شد با email اطلاع می دهند؟؟؟پاریس از من هم csq همسرم را خواسته فقط هم 30 روز فرصت داده.شما اطلاع دارید اگه تا اون رمان نرسه چکار باید کرد.مرسی
