سلام بر دوستان
من چند سوال کلی دارم در رابطه با فرآیند اسسمنت، ممنون می شم اگه دوستان منو راهنمایی کنند.
1. در رابطه با اپیزودهای CDR باید کلا کارهایی که انجام می دادی در شرکت را بنویسیم یعنی کل وظایفی که بر عهده داشتیم تو اون شرکت یا نه باید یکی از اون وظایفو فقط به جزئیات شرح بدیم؟
2. برای من که میخواهم مهندسی اسس بشوم سابقه تدریس در دانشگاه یعنی سابقه آکادمیک برای دیاک و یا اسسمنت قابل قبول است یا نه باید فقط کار صنعتی باشه؟ البته درس هایی که من تدریس می کردم دروس تخصصی مرتبط با رشته تحصیلی بوده نه دروس عمومی مثل فیزیک ریاضی و ...
3. از اون جا که من هیئت علمی نبودم و فقط 6 واحد درس می دادم آیا تمام وقت محسوب میشه یا پاره وقت؟
4. تمام سوابق کاری را که میخواهیم برای دیاک بفرستیم باید قبلش برای اسسمنت فرستاده باشیم؟
5. مدت زمان سابقه کار دقیقا تا چه زمانی محاسبه می شه؟ زمان اسسمنت، زمان EOI و یا زمان لاج؟ من 4 سال و 6، 7 ماه سابقه کار دارم. اگه الان مدارکمو برای اسس بفرستم 5 سال نشده اما تا جواب اسس بیاد و بعدم پر کردن EOI و دعوت نامه احتمالا می شود. میتونم از 10 امتیاز سابقه کار استفاده کنم؟
ممنون میشم اگه بتونید جواب بدید چون واقعا گیج شدم.

IPsec88 عزیز خیلی ممنون از راهنماییتون من واقعاً اون خط را دقت نکرده بودم چون زیر اون خط نوشته بود 8 سال و دو ماه و شغل و کارفرمای منو نوشته بود برداشتم این بود که کامل حساب شده . میشه خواهش کنم جواب سوال منو بدین من دیروز EOI پر کردم کل سابقم را نوشتم این یعنی ادعای کذب کردم برم EOI را غیرفعال کنم؟ چطوری می تونم بفهمم که 8 سال را بنویسم یا سه سال رو؟

To receive these points, you must have worked at least 20 hours of paid work per week and in your nominated skilled occupation, or a closely related occupation. This applies to employment in and/or outside Australia.
The relevant authority that assessed your skills may also provide an opinion on your skilled employment experience. The department will consider this opinion when awarding points.

When determining whether your skilled employment is closely related to your nominated occupation, the department will refer to theAustralian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations.

این به معنی اینه که این نظر ارزیاب هست و دیاک این را مد نظر قرار می دهد ولی ننوشته جواب نهاییه؟

دوست عزیر پس من چیه دارم 20 روزه اینجا می گم...هم مدرک وضعش اینجوریه هم سوابق کاری باز خوبه شما فوق دارین...من فوقم رو نصفه ول کردم

راستش هنوز معلوم نیس چون افرادی که اقدام کردن با اسس های جدید جوابشون معلوم نیس اما تقریبا همه جاها و وکلا می گن که ریسک نکینین و همون مقدار سوابق حرفه ای اعلام شده رو بزنین تو EOI ... حالا من خودم می خوان یه ایمیل بزینم از ACS بپرسم بهتون خبر میدم

من توی این چند روز خیلی تحقیقات کردم و به نتایج جالبی رسیدم به ACS هم ایمیل زدم، شاید به درد شما هم بخوره
مشکلاتی که من داشتم یکیش این بود که لیسانسم که 2004 تمام شده بود را associate ارزیابی کرده بود ولی فوق لیسانسم را master ارزیابی کرده بود. نمی دونستم تکلیفم چیه آیا 15 امتیاز bachelor را می گیرم یا نه؟ که در جوابش این مطلب را از قسمت مربوط به تحصیلات EOI پیدا کردم:

بنابر این چون من خارج از استرالیا لیسانس گرفتم و master من به عنوان master استرالیایی ارزیابی شده قاعدتاً توی این قسمت مشکلی نباید داشته باشم

و اما مشکل دوم سابقه که من در موردش ایمیل زدم به ACS
پایان لیسانس جولای 2004
شروع فوق لیسانس سپتامبر 2007
پایان فوق لیسانس مارچ 2011
ابتدای سابقه مرتبط توسط ACS جولای 2009
هر چی فکر کرده بودم که مبنای 2009 چی بوده نفهمیده بودم تا اینکه فهمیدم که من چون پایان نامه ام چند ترم طول کشیده بود ترم اول پایان نامه در ریزنمرات 8 واحدی و ترمهای بعدی پایان نامه 0 واحدی بوده و ACS از پایان ترم 8 واحدی رو شروع سابقه مرتبط یا relevant من حساب کرده تازه حتی با این حساب هم من 3 سال بین لیسانس و فوق لیسانس سابقه کاریم بود و 3 سال هم بعدش باید میشد 6 سال حتی اگر میخواست سابقه حین تحصیل را حساب نکند . من توی نامه پرسیدم:
I would like to request that you kindly inform me of the answer to the following questions:



1. What was the basis of the decision that my relevant employment started after July 2009 and does this mean that I have 3 years of relevant work experience?

2. For expressing my interest in DIAC Skillselect program, which period of time should I declare according to the assessment result:

a. July 2009 – September 2012

b. July 2004 – September 2012

در جواب ACS این را گفته:
Thank you for your email.

As your qualification was assessed as relevant to the nominated occupation you were required to demonstrate 2 years of experience in the last 10 years or 4 years of experience in any time period. The rule applied to your application will be the one that gives the applicant the earliest date.

PLEASE NOTE: the date specified for skilled employment is earlier than the completion of the qualification; the date will be noted as the completion date of the qualification. In this case, the date specified for skilled employment cannot be earlier than the completion date of the qualification.

من رفتم guideline رو مطالعه کردم

یعنی همه مدارک بالاتر از دیپلم استرالیایی قابل ارزیابی هستند و اطلاعات فایل زیر خیلی مهم بود

از این فایل متوجه شدم که آنچه که از assess بدست می آید و از همه مهمتر هست یعنی outcome واقعی assess این هست که از نظر اونها suitable هستی یا نه؟! این چیزیه که در پاسخ ACS به من هم اشاره شده در فایل بالا نوشته که برای مدارک Diploma، Associate در رشته های ICT باید 5 سال سابقه مرتبط پس از پایان تحصیلات داشته باشی و برای master باید 2 سال سابقه داشته باشی و چون من را فوق لیسانس ارزیابی کردند و پس از آن 3 سال سابقه داشتم Suitable ارزیابی شدم این به معنی این نیست که سوابق رو 3 سالش رو پذیرفتند بلکه با توجه به 3 سال سابقه بعد از تحصیل به من جواب مثبت دادند. در خصوص این نتیجه مطمئن شدم چون در مرحله 8 EOI پرسیده که
Does the client have a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority?* یعنی مهمه که سازمان ارزیاب شما را suitable ارزیابی کرده باشه و اینکه مدرک شما در چه سطحی از framework استرالیایی توسط آن سازمان ارزیابی شده با توجه به Hint مرحله 7 EOI

If you hold an overseas qualification, the department will need to be satisfied the qualification attained is of a recognised standard to a qualification awarded by an Australian institution. The assessing authority that conducts your skills assessment will determine whether any qualifications earned outside Australia are of a standard that is comparable to the relevant Australian qualification.
بنابراین سازمان ارزیاب وظیفه اش اعلام suitable بودن و شناسایی سطح مدرک در مقایسه با AQF که چارچوب مدارک تحصیلی استرالیایی هست می باشد

از طرفی در مرحله 9 EOI که مربوط به سوابق کاری هست نوشته

Provide details of the client's employment history for the last 10 years. This information can also include previous employment that is not related to the client’s nominated occupation or skills assessment.
For Points Tested visas:
For current employment, the 'end date' field should be left blank. SkillSelect will continue to tally periods of employment from date of EOI submission to the date of invitation to apply. Therefore, the client must update their EOI if their employment details change.
Any gaps which are periods when the client was not in employment cannot be counted as periods of skilled employment. While the client is able to include previous employment that is not related to the nominated or closely related occupation, no points will be awarded.
Any periods of Skilled Employment must have been undertaken at the required skill level. For example, a person who works 4 years as a bookkeeper while undertaking accounting studies, then qualifies as an accountant, then works 2 years as an accountant, can only claim 2 years Skilled Employment in the nominated occupation of Accountant.
Any periods of employment in a closely related occupation must be undertaken at the relevant skill level of the nominated occupation. Employment is to be in occupations in the same ANZSCO Unit Group: for example Management Accountant and Taxation Accountant are in the same group, or to be consistent with a plausible career advancement pathway: for example, Accountant to Chief Financial Officer.
Please note: Most Assessing Authorities that undertake Skills Assessment can also provide an opinion on a client's skilled employment claims.

To claim points for skilled employment, the experience that you claim must be in your nominated occupation, or in a closely related occupation.

What is skilled employment?
For employment to be considered skilled it must meet the following requirements:

• the employment must have in your nominated occupation or a closely related occupation.
• the employment was undertaken after you met the entry level requirements for that occupation (that is, completed a sufficient level of study or amount of on-the-job training). If the entry level prescribed for your nominated occupation is a certain qualification only work undertaken after you have completed that qualification will be counted as skilled employment
• the relevant Assessing Authority which undertook your skills assessment may also provide an opinion on your skilled employment experience. You should check with your relevant assessing authority about documents that have to be provided to allow them to provide an opinion about your skilled employment. You must provide the department with copies of all the documents that you provide your assessing authorities, when you are invited to apply.
• you must have been paid for working in this nominated occupation or a closely related occupation for at least 20 hours a week. Working for at least 20 hours a week means 20 hours each week and not irregular periods that average out to 20 hours a week over a year.

Any periods of skilled employment must have been undertaken at the required skill level. For example, a person who works 4 years as a bookkeeper while undertaking accounting studies, then qualifies as an accountant as specified by an accounting body, then works 2 years as an accountant can only claim 2 years skilled employment in the nominated occupation of Accountant.
آن چیزی که من از این می فهمم اینه که
1 . سابقه باید مرتبط باشه با توجه Position شخص
2. سابقه باید بعد از اتمام qualification باشد
3. سازمان ارزیاب می تواند نظر بدهد
4. شما باید بتوانید برای اثبات سابقه کارتون مدارک داشته باشید که شامل گواهی سابقه که شامل موقعیت شغلی شما و تاریخها و شرح وظایفتون باشه و فیش حقوقی (البته این تیکه در DIAC هست در Booklet 6)

بنابراین سابقه کاری مرتبط شما از زمان اخذ مدرک قابل احتساب است

در صورتیکه سابقه من از 2007 شروع شده.
بهشون ایمیل زدم و پرسیدم:
I got confused by this sentence in my assesment letter:

"The following employment after June 2012 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261312 (Developer Programmer) of the ANZSCO Code. "

what does it mean exactly?
پاسخ ACS:


The date provided in your skill assessment result letter is the date you have met the ACS requirements.

Your experience between 06/07 to has been considered in your skill assessment application in determining the outcome of your application.

As your degree (comparable to an Associate degree) was relevant to the nominated occupation you were required to demonstrate 5 years’ experience which was completed in 06/12.

06/12 is the date you met the ACS requirements and is the date in which you have been deemed to reach the appropriate skilled level for your nominated occupation.

This is the date in which you have been deemed to reach the appropriate skilled level for your nominated occupation.

After this date you may be able to claim points for your experience with the Department of Immigration –
خط آخر یعنی واسه اون 5 سال امتیاز نمی دن تازه واسه بعد از اونم گفته ممکنه امتیاز بدن.
با این قانون جدیدشون نمشه از سابقه امتیاز گرفت. اگر مدرکم لیسانسم اسس شده بود بازم 3 سال از سوابقم کم می شد چون یک سال همزمان با سال آخر لیسانسم بود و دوسالم که کلا کم میکنن پس بازم امتیازم از سوابق 0 بود.

سلام دوستان جواب اسس ما 27 جون پست شده ولي هنوز نرسيده بهشون ايميل زدم جوابو برام فكس كردن و امروز بدستم رسيد.
