تامین هزینه آزمون، توسط ای تی اس، بخاطر شرایط و نتایج آزمون قبلی!

سلام.
من 12 july امتحان داشتم. تو قسمت لسینیگ سیستم من یه Error داد و بعدش گفت برنامه تا 10 ثانیه دیگه Terminate میشه، که شد و منم که سر تا پام شده بود استرس به مراقب قضیه رو گفتم بهد نزدیک 7 8 دقیقه سیستمم رو عوض کردن. ولی واسه اسپیکینگ انقد عصبی بودم و حواسم پرت بود که رسما گند زدم .
من حالا می تونم اعتراض کنم بابت این قضیه ؟ اگه آره باید به چه ایمیل-آدرسی این قضیه رو اطلاع بدم.
خواهشا اگه کسی می تونه کمکم کنه

حداکثر تا 3 روز بعد از ازمون با شرح انچه اتفاق افتاده و ارسال ایمیل به ETS مورد شما بررسی خواهد شد و نتیجه هم مشخص نیست. سعی کنید وقایع و شواهد سنتر رو همانطور که بوده توضیح بدید حتی میزتون و کسی که مراقب بوده رو توصیف کنید.
ایمیل هم در سایت ETS موجوده.

حالا می خواستم بدونم شماره وچر کجا مشخص شده؟؟...من نمی دونم این شماره وچر چنده... و توی پروفایل تافل خودم هم پیداش نکردم.... چطوری می تونم بفهمم شماره وچری که دریافت کردم چنده؟؟؟

قدیم شماره ووچر و تو همون ایمیل بهتون میدادن. وقتی نمیتونید پیدا کنید متن ایمیل رو اینطوری بدون پروا کپی نکنید ممکنه ادم های سودجو از ووچرتون استفاده کنند. اگر تو ایمیل نیست بهشون اطلاع بدید این امکان هست که شماره جا افتاده باشه یا کلا تو پروفایلتون گنجونده باشن.

بچه ها حتما اگه تو آزمون مشکلی پیش میاد به ETS میل بزنید. با تمام جزییات توضیح بدین و واقعیت جریان رو بگید، حتما بررسی میکنن.
من 18 اکتبر امتحان داشتم و 10 تا 15 دقیقه به 9 رسیدم که نگذاشتن برم سر جلسه و خیلی هم بد برخورد کردن باهام، فکر نمیکردم موردم بررسی بشه ولی با اینحال میل زدم و اعتراض کردم خوشبختانه قبول کردن و ووچر بهم دادن هرچند تاریخ باز پیدا کردن الان خیلی سخته. متن نامه و جواب رو میزارم.

Unlike most countries TOEFL exam is held in Iran on a a working day rather than a holiday. Although I set off home that day two hours before the time the exam was supposed to start, I arrive a fifteen minutes before the exam because of heavy traffics jam. There was another person named .... who had the same problem. After being stopped at the gate of the center by the guards we waited. Finally, the test center supervisor came to us fifteen minutes after the official starting time of the exam to let us know that we could not participate in the exam. However, our friends inside the center later informed us that the exam started late at 9:30. As a matter of fact, when I arrived at the center the examinees were in the queue in order to be checked and they could easily let us in. These facts show that we were unfairly and deliberately robbed of chance to participate in TOEFL test. Moreover, I am absolutely annoyed by the behavior of the test center supervisor of Amirbahador Educational Complex. Not only did he speak to us in a very bullying and humiliating fashion, but he also told us that we had to be grateful of them because they were holding TOEFL in Iran! We stayed at the gates shocked and desperate waiting for something to happen but the supervisor just wanted to get rid of us and I saw him check several times in order to make sure if we had left. Now, even after couple of days, I cannot still believe that all the time and effort I place into getting prepared for this exam is spoiled this easily. Needless to say, an exam of this importance is generally accompanied by a level of stress and mental pressure for test takers, and therefore, a bit of understanding from the authorities is very much appreciated. I wanted to share my concerns with you since I am aware of the fact that comments from test takers are taken seriously by ETS.


Indeed, due to the fact that there is a huge number of applicants who register for TOEFL in Iran, the openings are filled very quickly and I can hardly find any position in two months. This causes a big problem to me, because the deadline of the program I want to enroll in is close and for which I need the TOEFL score. Besides, the voucher is a big sum of money which is more than my monthly salary. As a matter of fact, I worked hard to afford to pay for that.


Thus, I sincerely ask you to issue a payment voucher for me to schedule another exam free of charge.
Please answer me as soon as possible so that I know what I have to do. Your time and consideration is appreciated in advance.

جواب ایمیل که یبار یه ایمل کلی اومد که اتوماتیک وار در جواب میلها میاد و یبار میل جواب نهایی. و همه اینها فقط 4روز طول کشید.

خوب هستید؟
من امروز علامه سخن تافل داشتم. وسط اسپیکینگ سیستم من یهو ارور داد و ریستارت شد! قشنگ تمرکز من به فنا رفت!!! و 5-6 دقیقه ای طول کشید تا سیستم بوت شد و نرم افزار اومد بالا!!!!!!
به نظرتون به ای تی اس ایمیل بزنم؟ چند روز مهلت هست تا یمیل بزنم؟ 3 روز مهلت هست؟

سلام من ١٥ نوامبر امير بهادر امتحان داشتم سر اينتگ رايتينگ سخت مشغول تايپ كردن بودم نت ليسنينگ هم گذاشته بودم دست راست بغل كيبرد هي بهش گاه مي كردم مراقبه تا من حواسم نبود نت هاي من رو برداشت ( فكر كرد چرك نويس لازم دارم چون همه ي ورق هام زير هم بود) تو سنتر گفته بودن بايد بذاريد رو كيس براتون عوض كنن نمي دونم اين چرا اينطوري كرد. تا من متوجه شدم داشت مي رفت بيرون از سالن من در حدي كه من از جام بلند شدم گفتم اه اه اينا رو كجا مي بري !! هي سعي داشت منو اروم كنه ولي چون چند تا نت دستش بود هي من مي گفتم نه اينا مال من نيست !!! چون نمي دونستم كدوم صفحه ليسنينگ رايتينگ رو نوشتم ( دو صفحه پشت و روي بدخط!!) وقتي برگشتم حداقل ٣ دقيقه از دست داده بودم و از استرس دستام مي لرزيد اينتگو نتونستم تموم كنم واسه همين سر اينديپندنت ديگه كلا خودم رو باخته بودم!! بعد از امتحان به support4iran@ets.org ايميل زدم اما هيچ جوابي ندادن ٥٥ بار براشون فوروارد كردم!! بعد از ٢٠ روز نمرم اومد با رايتينگ١٩ شدم ٩٢ جالب اينه كه من رايتينگ جي ار اي شدم ٣ نمي گم نمره خوبيه ولي كسي كه جي ار اي مي شه ٣ ديگه تافل حداقل ٢٢ ميشه!!

دوستان، منم چون شرایط امتحانم بسیار بود و دم در بودم تو سنجش
به ets میل فرستادم و پس از چند بار نامه کاری امروز بهم ووچر رایگان رو اعطا کردن گرچه یه تعدادی از ذلاین هام بخاطر زمان امتحان جدیدم از دست خواهد رفت.
