راهنمایی در مورد محتوای ایمیل ارسالی به اساتید

please guide me about my problem that i dont know how to manage it.
i want to khow if i should ask the professors openly about the research assistant or not
i have heard that we must not ask them at first about the money because it might bother them.
but how we could be sure of their acceptance
?
there are some of my received emails in the page without any clear acceptance,because
i used in my first emali some ordinary request like "i would like to participate in your research group" and many of them declared that they dont have a research group!is it possible?!
