راهنمایی در مورد محتوای ایمیل ارسالی به اساتید

با سلام،
من تاحالا به چهار استاد ایمیل فرستادم که هر چهارتاشون جواب دادند، منتها نمی دونم بعدش باید چی کار کنم! تویِ رشته ی من فاند دست استاد نیست که ازش در خواست فاند کنم! جواب ها شون این شکلیه:

in my attached cv یه جوریه، همین جوری انتهای ایمیل بگین رزومه پیوست شده i am looking forwart to hearing from you بعد راجع به دانشگاه تهران نیازی نیست توضیح بدید پیش فرضتون این باشه همه میدونن چقدر خوبه و واقعا هم همینطور هست، ریسرچ اینترست هم یا نیارید یا بعد تجربیات

مطمئنا دكترا. يك استاد ترجيح ميده كه فاند رو به دانشجويي اختصاص بده كه تصميم داره زمان طولاني تري رو به ريسرچ اختصاص بده.
دانشجوي مستر load درسيش نسبتا زياد هست و در طول دوره ي دو ساله معمولا نميرسه كه يك ريسرچ كامل با كيفيت بالا انجام بده (هر چند استثنا هم هست).

Your CV looks good. If you are applying for 2016, you'd better prepare all documents (refer UND Graduate Studies requirement for
international applicants). After SGS receive all your documents, they will forward your application package to ME department, and then we'll have a meeting discuss your situation. Based on the application pool, we'll decided financial support for the candidates.

You may want to mention in your application that you prefer working with me. Do you have TOEFL and GRE score, official transcripts from B.S. and M.S., SOP (state of purpose), and sample of papers? If you do, send copy to me.

میدونم که وخ ندارن بذارن رو خوندن ایمیلای طولانی، ولی من هر چی سر و تهش رو میزنم از 4 5 پاراگراف کمتر نمیشه، ینی یه صفحه ی آ4 با فونت 14 میشه. زیاده؟
همه چیزایی که نوشتم هم ضررویه آخه ، مث سوابق تحقیق و معدلم و اینجور چیزا

من نظر خودمو میدم شما نظر باقی دوستان رو هم بگیرید

من شاید درست متوجه نشدم. شما متن ایمیلی که به استاد میزنید 4 یا 5 پاراگرافه ؟!! یه صفحه آ4 ؟!!
اگه اره که حتما ادیت کنید
متن ایمیل شما معمولا باید چیزی بین 4 یا 5 خط باشه (حالا بالا و پایینش مهم نیست. مثلا بشه 10 خط اسمون یه زمین نمیشه. عددها رو کلی عرض میکنم)
توی اون متن شما خیلی خلاصه وار باید خودتون رو معرفی کنید. زمینه کاریتون و مورد علاقه تون رو بگید و به زمینه کاری استاد ابراز علاقه کنید
حالا میتونید تعداد مقاله هاتون و معدلتون رو هم ذکر کنید که شاید چشم استاد رو بگیره
یا اگه استادی مقاله خاصی داشته که بهش علاقه مندید اون رو هم ذکر کنید
و تهش بگید که CV و همون رزومه تون و مثلا Motivation letterتون (اگه میخوایید همون سوابق تحصیلی و غیره و انگیزه تون برای اون پوزیشن رو بیشتر توضیح بدید البته. که در مواردی ممکنه نیازی نباشه و همون سی وی تون گویای داستان باشه) رو به ایمیل اتچ کردید و ممنون میشید که استاد یه نگاهی بهشون بندازه

همین !

دیگه باقی هنر شما میشه درست کردن اون سی وی و مثلا Motivation letter تون که جوری باشه که وقتی استاد باز میکنه و یه نگاه چند دقیقه ای میندازه چشمشو بگیره و زود ازش نگذره
اون توضیحات و بک گراند تحصیلیتون باید بره توی رزومه و نامه انگیزه ای که به ایمیل اتچ میکنید

ینی همراه ایمیل باید دو تا فایل اتچ کنیم، یکی سی وی و اون یکی motivation letter?
کی میره این همه راهو که دو تا فایلو بازکنه؟ واسه همین من همه چیو تو خود ایمیل نوشتم خب، که یه جا باشه. همراشم یه رزومه ی دو صفحه ای اتچ کردم.
فایل ایمیلو بفرستم براتون یه نیگا می ندازین؟
