I have been randomly selected for 2015 DV-lottery program.
I completed DS-260 form and submit it. Then I received an email from KCC attached with a conformation page.
In DS-260 first page, it’s mentioned “
If your case is processing electronically, please scan and email your document to KCCDV@state.gov”.
My question is:
Do I need to mail or email any document to KCC at this time?
What is the next step I should take after receiving DS-260 confirmation and before the USA visa interview?

Please note that this form is not accepted for DV-2015 applicants. All DV-2015 applicants must fill out the online DS-260 Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application, which can be accessed in the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC). The DS-260 will be available for your case beginning on May 19. Paper forms are no longer accepted.
Your case cannot be processed any further, and you will not be scheduled for a consular interview unless you complete Form DS-260. Instructions for diversity visa applicants are located at
www.dvselectee.state.gov. Please be sure to follow these instructions carefully. Failure to follow the instructions can cause significant delay in processing your case.
You can verify this information by logging into the Entrant Status Check on the E-DV website. Your selection notification states that Form DS-260 is required, and includes a link to the full instructions for DV applicants. If you need to contact KCC directly, please refer to your name and case number exactly as they appear in the Entrant Status Check (ESC). Include your case
number in the subject line of your e-mail. The KCC telephone number is
606-526-7500(7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. EST). The e-mail address is

به نظرم منظور از فرم الکترونیکی همون فرم های سال پیش هست و به فرم DS-260 امسال فرم انلاین گفته میشه
با قطعیت نمی تونم بگم
