البته مساله دیمند بودن رشته تا حدی در امتیاز جاب آفر لحاظ میشه. واقعیت اینه که هیچ رشته خاصی در کانادا مورد نیاز ویژه نیست و آن لیست هایی هم که سالهای قبل میدادند عموما اختیاری و بدون در نظر گرفتن شرایط بازار بود (مثلا پزشکان که در لیست بودند ولی اصلا با مدرک خارجی اجازه کار در کانادا پیدا نمیکردند). اگر رشته ای واقعا مورد نیاز باشه باید بتونید براش جاب آفر بگیرید. در غیر اینصورت داشتن امتیاز تطابق و زبان احتمالا مهمتر از رشته است و با این ترتیب نمیشود به یقین گفت که رنکینگ ها برای هر noc جداگانه خواهد بود.

البته تمام این صحبت باز هم هنوز حدس و گمان است و وقتی اولین رنکینگ ها اعلام شد معلوم خواهد شد.

بله درسته.
به نظر من باز هم بستگی به شرکت کنندگان در این فرایند داره.
ابتدا فرض کنیم تعداد کسایی که جاب آفر دارند خیلی کم باشه. در این حالت خودشون چند نفر رو با بالاترین امتیاز که دارای جاب آفر نیستند انتخاب میکنند. اگر هم تعداد افراد با جاب آفر زیاد بود دیگر هیچ انتخابی بر اساس بالاترین امتیاز صورت نمیگیره!
من که داشتم دیشب یه مقداری پروفایل رو پر میکردم دیدم که phd stream دیگه غزلش خوندست و فقط 2 سال تحصیل در کانادا یه امتیازی میگیره. امیدوارم کار ما با همون اسکیل وورکر حل بشه وگر نه اوضاع بدجوری قمر در عقرب میشه!!

در چه صورتی کلن ineligible میشه؟ وقتی هم نمره زبان هم تحصیلات بالاست چه مشکلی ممکنه باشه؟

میگم که این یه باگ هست. اون قسمتی که از شما میپرسه فامیل دارید در کانادا رو yes بزنید و بعد اصلاح کنید

لطفا یکی از دوستان لطف کنن کمک کنن خیلی ضروری من 3 سال پیش واسه ویزای کاری کبک اقدام کردم اما ریجکت شدم الان واسه پر کردن فرم تو قسمتی که میگه شما قبلا واسه کانادا اقدام کردین تیکش رو میزنم.یه کد هشت رقمی به اسم UCI میخواد که من این کد رو تو مدارکم نداشتم.و خودش هم تو سایت گفته اگه ندارید جاش رو خالی بزارین یا بزنین N/A که من هر دو راه رو امتحان کردم اما فرمم کامل نمیشه بخوام سابمیتش کنم.کسی از دوستان هست لطف کنه راهنمایی کنه چه کار کنم متشکرم

مشخصا داره ميگه رنك شما در پوول به امتياز كلي شما بستگي داره،،،،،نميگه رنك شما در رشتتون!!!
ميگه بستگي به امياز ساير افراد داخل پوول داره،،،،نه بستگي به ستير افراد هم رشته شما!!!!

واضحه ديگه!!!!

حالا اگه بعدا بخوان قانون رو اصلاح كنند اون يه حرف ديگست!!

این مطلب رو من قبلن در یکی از پست های پیشین بهش اشاره کردم بودم.

به عقیده من این موارد، در حالتی که هر رشته داری Pool مربوط به خودش باشه هم صدق میکنه. اگر هر گروه داری یک Pool باشه بازم اون گزینه آخر که هایلایت شده کماکان معتبره، چون رتبه افراد تو Pool مربوط به رشته شون باز هم بر اساس مقایسه شون با امتیاز دیگر افراد محاسبه خواهد شد.

البته باید بگم باز نمیشه نظر قطعی داد و تا اعلام اولین رنکینگ ها باید منتظر موند.

البته بایذ بگم همه این مواردی که دوستان اعلام میکنن ،باز میتونه 100 درصد نباشه و تا اعلام اولین رنکینگ ها نمیشه نظر قطعی داد.

تنها یک استخر وجود دارد چون نوشته the pool. اگر برای هر رشته یک استخر مجزا وجود داشت باید می نوشت each pool . صراحتا نوشته که تنها یک استخر وجود داره اما تنها نحوه انتخاب از بین افرادی که دارای امتیاز بالا، و فاقد جا آفر هستند کمی مبهم هست.

نه بعد از اینکه eligibility رو رد میکنید به شما اجازه اصلاح میده. من همین مشکل رو برای استادی پرمیت یا وورک پرمیت داشتم که به همین روش پیچوندم و بعد اصلاح کردم.
البته اگر سابقه کارشون کم هست که دیگه ربطی به این موضوعی که من میگم نداره و کلا ineligible هستند

نه سابقه کار ده و پانزده سال داریم...الان که وارد اکانتم میشم چیزی برای اصلاح نیست و اون جدول از بین رفته و نیست فقط مسیج هست باید مراحل رو از ابتدا انجام بدم؟ یعنی همون الیجیبیلیتی رو پر کنم دوباره کد بگیرم و اینا؟ چطور میشه همون پروفایل قبلی رو اصلاح کرد؟

پس چرا ننوشته پوول اختصاصي اون رشته!؟!

تنها یک استخر وجود دارد چون نوشته the pool. اگر برای هر رشته یک استخر مجزا وجود داشت باید می نوشت each pool . صراحتا نوشته که تنها یک استخر وجود داره اما تنها نحوه انتخاب از بین افرادی که دارای امتیاز بالا، و فاقد جا آفر هستند کمی مبهم هست.

تو این زمینه با شما هم عقیده نیستم و لزوما نمیشه اینجوری نتیجه گیری کرد.

البته این مساله رو میشه اینجوری بهش نگاه کرد که یک Pool وجود داشته باشه اما مینیمیم امتیازی که از اون به بالاتر افراد انتخاب میشن برای هر NOC با هم متفاوته.


پانوشت :

از اونجایی که این سیستم از روش استرالیا الگو برداری شده و هنوز در مورد این زمینه خیلی شفاف سازی نشده میتونیم یه نگاهی بندازیم به سیستم استرالیا که در این مورد چیکار کرده : در مورد استرالیا حد امتیازی که از اون به بالاتر افراد انتخاب میشن برای رشته های مختلف متفاوته و این به این معنی است که بر اساس NOC افرادشانس متفاوتی خواهند داشت و ممکنه سخصی با یک امتیاز تو یه رشته انتخاب نشه اما با همون امتیاز تو رشته دیگه انتخاب بشه.
