راهنمایی در زمینه Fund و بورسيه تحصيلي

با سلام
امروز ایمیلی دریافت کردم از طرف Graduate Administrator تحت عنوان Funding confirmation:
Being a citizen of Iran means that you will not be able to pay the same domestic fees as a Canadian citizen. Therefore, can you please get back to me with an honest answer about your ability to pay the balance of the costs, approximately $30-43k/year for the two years of studying and living, if you do get accepted into the program? Please note that we are recommending you for a TAship, small scholarship and Research Assistantship (as confirmed by your supervisor). You would receive approximately $24,000 for the first three years and at least $12,000 in the 4th year (Research Assistantship amount to be determined later since your supervisor anticipates you finishing the program in 3 years).
چند سوال داشتم:

الان بررسی کردم یعنی سالی 30.000 دلار در کمترین حالت که برای 3 سال دکتری که میشه 90.000 دلار بعد این کمک هزینه ای که دانشگاه میده کل سه سالش میشه 24.000 دلار ؟!؟!!؟!؟!؟!؟؟!!!!!!؟ آیا درست متوجه شدم...یعنی سالی 8.000 دلار کمک هزینه...یعنی 24.000 دلار در سال من خودم باید بدم به عبارتی سالی 72.000.000 میلیون تومان!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!؟

به نظر شما چه پاسخی بدهم به دفتر پذیرش دانشگاه چون گفته Please send your response as soon as possible.
