اين مشكل را دولت كانادا برامون حل كرده. اين را از سايت سفارت كانادا در تهران كپى كردمنوشته اصلی توسط kasrawasp
موضوع این هست که ورشو مثل آنکارا نمیتونه راحت بگه که شخص باید بیاد خود سفارت موقع پاس ریکوئست چون اون موقع طرف تازه باید تقاضا ویزا شینگن بده!! از اون سمت هم که DHL و TNT اینا نه اصل مدرک تو ایران میگیرن نه تا الان خود ورشو با پست مستقیم قبول می کرد. قاعدتاً 3 راه دارن : 1- دوباره پاسپورت ها رو سفارت تهران تحویل بگیره
2- پاسپورت رو تحویل سفارت آنکارا بدیم که بفرسته ورشو
3- کلاً ویزا ورود رو خود سفارت آنکارا بزنه
البته ما پیچ اول و حالا رد کنیم تا بعد ببینیم چی میشه..

This information is about delivering your passport(s) to the Canadian Embassy in Warsaw for visa issuance. We have developed a special procedure for the delivery of passports from the Canadian Embassy in Tehran to the Canadian Embassy in Warsaw.
When your file is ready for visa issuance, the Canadian Embassy in Warsaw will send you a letter with instructions on how to deliver your passport to the Canadian Embassy in Tehran. At that point, all you need to do is deliver your passport(s) to the Canadian Embassy in Tehran according to these instructions. You will only incur costs for sending your passports to/from the Canadian Embassy in Tehran by local courier in Iran. The Government of Canada will cover all other expenses involved in sending your passport(s) between the Canadian Embassies in Tehran and Warsaw, and will also ensure that your passport(s) are secure.
Please beware of any individuals or companies offering to submit your passport(s) to the Canadian Embassy in Warsaw for a fee. They should not be offering such services, given the passport delivery procedure introduced by and paid for by the Government of Canada. Please report any such offers made by individuals or companies to us. We will refer this information to the appropriate authorities for investigation.
